Happy Birthday Grant. I hope it all goes well with the check-up. Don't worry, you're not old yet!
-
Don't worry, Glenn. It's one of my pet hates too. Sometimes things happen. But at least have the courtesy to call and advise you. Keep up the good work, you never know. I might drive out to ET with the car for a service next time.

Yes, welcome. Nice spot for a photo shoot too.

Did it blow up on the Dyno? Still no results.
-
Looks nice. You won't hear this often from me. It could do with being a little lower. Cheers Cain

We'll look forward to video, pics and dyno runs. Just in time for Christmas.

Lovely! -
Looks nice. I assume the 180kW is at the flywheel. Otherwise, you'd never get traction would you? Welcome.

Check with BMW NZ and see if there are any differences in the exhaust and safety systems between Australia and NZ for this model. The only real problem with importing a grey import into Australia is the ADR regulations. I can't imagine there being significant differences. Then talk to a car importer about the costs to have it complied. It may cost a bit, but your car is also worth a lot more over there. The 540LE is selling for $10-15k more in Australia than I'd ever hope to get for it here. Finally, nice car.

3 series are small. It'll fit in the back of one of the other two cars and free up a spot for the X5. Nice collection.

Andrew, buy it for the touring!

Ditto, Welcome and we'll look forward to photos.

Never going to be as Cool as a Bambina, new or old. -
You obviously don't have the pleasure of driving in the Waikato Penry! Winter is foggy for 9 months of the year.

Doesn't like uploading photos tonight. http://nz.youtube.com/watch?v=6sgSCFCU1aI&...feature=related

I spent yesterday at Britomart helping with the Firefighters Combat Challenge. These guys are Mad. They don't call it the "Toughest 2 minutes in sport" for nothing. The World record for the event is 1 minute 15 seconds! The celebrity race between Marc Ellis and Steve Gurney was awesome. Steve is a MACHINE. Anna Scarlett and Hayley Holt were definitely the best looking competitors. It is raising money for the Burns units. Next week-end they will be in Wellington, January 12 2008 in Christchurch and February 2 2008 in Queenstown. Get down and check it out. The Redbull girls are always welcome (2 of them in the Firetruck) They have an event for the kids too (just for fun).

Ditto, the photo in your signature looks hot.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe Jochen is right, trade the girlfriend in for one that has a garage. It's just a waste of your time getting it fixed. That's the most annoying thing for me.

Technically a correct fine. If the ticket has been written up that it was raining, then I would fight it from a reduced visibility aspect. BMW's by default have their foglights set will. Holdens on the other hand! Especially HSV's. I'm OK with the law. I agree with Josh, the amount of knobs that drive around with the rear foglight on.

Bottles are fine for me. I'll take 2 dozen for a start. Plus another 24 for a mate.

Ah, so true. Here is a youtube link that is hilarious. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYZ7EMoMu64

Good luck. Lovely car. You are correct. It's worth more than you paid for it. You have improved the car.

Being a bogan. I'd grab a couple of dozen. And it's a good cause. Let me know if you come down. Steinlager Pure, mate you may as well drink Corona. As long as it's not CD, or DB Draught, I'll drink it.
