  1. Go on, put us out of our misery. Post the dyno graph!
  2. I'll add the rest of the photos too.

    HB Tony!!

Happy Birthday! Westies Rule. Good to see someone my age out there too. I'll dredge up a Lion Red and drink to the West.

    DRAGONS

Haha, thinking outside the square, that's where the money is!
  5. And that's the reason, I back using an M10 as the base of your turbo. Haven't bothered to view the links, but I'm guessing it's the M8. Which was then evolved into the M10.
  6. I'd tap that! Look at the size of those brake discs.

Sorry, I'm confused. I get more points for having a car that doesn't work?!
  8. I agree with Paul. There are a number of people on here that are current and ex-committee members of the BMWCC. I have been impressed with the acceptance of people regardless of age, or what they drive by the Car Club members up here. The balance of events is excellent in my opinion. I've not been active in the last 20 months due to a new daughter, but I hope to get to a few more events now. What kind of events would you like to see that aren't currently being done? I intend to show up at the Breakfast this week-end, although I'll be late as I have swimming with Elise first.

  10. I have the same advice on this topic as I do for Helmets. Buy a helmet that matches what you think your brain is worth. In tyres and helmets, cheap is nasty.
  11. Well done Brent. Power curve has a nearly identical profile to the 540. Now for a 1/4 mile time. Decent engine in a light weight car. Should be pretty quick.
  12. Well done. Looks good.
  13. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WyHBxqJ9NLM Here's one Jock would've loved to have been at.
  14. M10 turbo. Stick with the factory one. It can be made to deliver more power than you can handle.
  15. Welcome. A little too low for me. But nice still.
  16. Welcome. Enjoy yourself. We'll look forward to photos soon.
  17. How much would you like for them Brad? Then I'd have 2 sets. One staggered, one 8" all round. I could be interested.

    HELP!!

Start by charging the battery properly. It sounds like it is dead flat (not good for the life of a battery). You have two options, get a battery charger and hook it up in the garage for 24hrs, or jump it again, but rev the tits off the car you are using to start it for about 5 minutes. Do this outside in fresh air. And then take it for an hours drive (this option not as good as the first) but will let you know whether you need to replace the battery. Finally, don't leave your car for 3 months without driving it somewhere. A car battery is a crap battery (in battery technology), they will self-discharge in 3-6 months from full charge. If your car has an alarm, it will happen faster. Cain

    My new baby...

Looks very nice. Good to see another E34 too.
  21. Here is a short list from Bimmersport. Cain, Kiwi535, RXSumo, Beemn, David, Andy246, Gus, Andrew, Ollie, M3Cab, Brent_Hartge535, Beema3 and 3pedals. That's all I can remember on 1 coffee. I save more than the $65 membership on buying new parts from McMillans each year.
  22. Yes, you can just pay on the night and only run that night. The series points are just to encourage consistant entries.
  23. Yes. Value for money in my opinion. Dixi is good. The club try to do a variety of events to include most taste. Most involve a drive of some kind. I haven't been to much since Elise was born, been too busy.
