try a 530 d.......not as much top end as a petrol and limp just off idle,but awesome above 1500 rpm.As long as you keep the windows closed you will be hard pressed to know you in a diesel.unlikely to find a manual tho

not to mention the ol M30 is hardly an economical beast.

the normal fog light switch by the left og the steering wheel should have two positions,the first clicj is front fogs and the second is for front and rear.Be aware that the fogs wont come on on without at least parking lights on

i ran the 535 on 91 said so on a sticker in the gas tank...if i used 95 i did get marginally better economy bit overall about the same distance for the dollar.

it depends where you are(will) be located. -
the interweb is misleading.you will read lots about the e 39 failings.It was the same with my e34 when i bought it.in the end it did not let me down in over eight years and over 100 000 k...keep on top of the maintenance and servicing,and keep an eye out on the mainly plastic cooling system.they are fragile as they get older

the e39 has a odd hub diameter,74.1 mm,whereas the e60(and just about every other 5,67,and 8 series BMW has a 72.5 hub).They will fit if you get the hub machined to suit the e 39

its not what we know as an is,is have sports seats sports suspension and teh bodykit.On bimmernut shogun has given you a list.,looks a well specced car though!And 3110 is a good price !
