The mileage counter is electronic ... I wouldn’t worry about it being wound back Best thing to do as others have said is get BMW to check it over, as the have the proper diagnostic computer to hook up and read the fault codes. The e46's are pretty sorted as far as the over car goes; some notes however: Generally avoid Singapore import models due to electrical and rubber components wearing out due to climate, Get the rear sub frame to chassis mount points checked ... chassis cracked on early higher output models (99,00 325, 328) The m3 and 330( c )i seemed to be exempt?! from this problem. The rest is just general service checks with e46's ... they are pretty solid cars otherwise.

Went to have a look at it ... its a fiberglass kitted 325, its got the looks but its 20 year old fiberglass. There were three of these rep m3's bought in from the UK one white (this one) one red and one black .. the black one was turbo'ed and has since been written off in an accident. Engines idle control valve seemed to be on the blink when I looked at it a few months back, he may have had it fixed since.

Yours was the grey e30 in at glenfield jerrys ? I was the guy when you were talking to keith who asked if it was a race series car. I had another look at your car later in the day when I went back to get the m3 struts hub nut put on, and all I can say it im very impressed with it ... it must be one of the cleanest interiors i've ever seen in an e30 race car!

Just changed the m325i to 5 lug (m-coupe rear, e30 m3 front and m-coupe LSD) so have no use for the following. set of 5 15x7 BBS "Basket Weaves" et24 with tires (very minor scuffing on two of the wheels)- $800 Med case 3.64 LSD in top condition (bites really well) - $700 PM me or phone 021 555 697. m325i before the conversion started was still going strong at 375,000 ... I dont see the big deal with people and k's either. if the car is good ... its good .. servicing is the key.
