werd..From my previous BMW, burn man talking

Possibly 'just' supercharged, you can use one on a supercharger kit but they have reprocations (reverse pressure effect). The e46 M3 turbo kits are pretty much non existant (not saying there aint any around) but there are only a few in the states and they are all still under development ... and they are only for US model cars. e46 M3 euro's im not aware of any. however, if someone has got someone to cutomise the whole thing up, I'd be stoked ... thing is the tuning is totally a different story. E46's run OBDII and a lot of the functions in the ECU control a lot of the cars other electronics, vanos control for example. I know the fullas in the states ditch vanos all together when turboing ...

It's interesting this debate. When we went on our bimmersport trip around clevedon, we ran into a M3 CSL. The guy pulled over and we had a chat, He said he was going to buy a top of the line HSV because all his mates own them. I said well I bet your glad you didn't then. He said that hes having a ton more fun in the CSL and got a ribbing for bying it. but his friend soon saw how much better / faster the CSL was. Im actually past the point of being annouyed of Aussie and NZ metality or the v8 n00b bragade think that the HSV or ford XR / TR range are the kings of the road. There is also nothing wrong with these vehicles, as they make good family towing vehicles for a cheap price.

I have been invited to this, from what I can tell the cost is $375 (which includes lunch etc etc) From the FAQ Don't mean to rain on the parade but its a lil high on the pricey side for a track day.

It is normal for the police to check a plate details back to the field controller on duty. They will reply back with your whole history to the officer. Your licience would have come up and they will just have pulled you up on those grounds. They are just doing their job as you said before. Its interesting listening to police scanners sometimes .. one thing I learnt over two days of listening is if you were to be in a high speed chase ... there is _no_ escape. They have that sh*t locked down in less than 5 minutes and know exactly what to do. If the perp gets away on foot... police dog units 9/10 times find them.

heh, dope.. You're not subtle, but you don't want to be. Fast, loud, and dramatic, you want people to notice you, and then get out of the way. In a world full of sheep, you're a raging bull.
