Would be just going with a developed s62. You'd get more usable power from it in the end

Team 303 - Bimmersport - 6 Hour Endurance Race
hybrid replied to hybrid's topic in General Discussion
I think this is a good show of what you can really get out of a s50b32 and an e30. Still cant beat a screaming NA 6. Actually some what funny when you think about how much money has gone into all of the other cars you guy passed/beat in qaulifying and what you guys have spent on 303. -

The guy who had it restored back to new condition fell on hard times and unfortunately it fell into holding companies arms. It then bounced around between various owners as the luster wore off with most car purchases. To a collector its probably worth around 60-70k .. but there are only a few in this country and even few that want a cab. So it falls into the default m3 sale prices. Even though its one of the best examples in the world.

I use layered bunched up rags on my 6ton ones. Works well.

This, Had my 330 done by them and a friend with his e30 m3 SR2 restoration. Theyre better than OEM due to the grade of leather they use. They also sell nappa. Unfortunately theyre expensive but the best.

My wife has worked her way up to being able to take the e30 out when I have e39. She passed parking and mag curbing classes well. She loves taking it out when going to lunch with her girl friends etc haha. PS very nice car man, looks like a really well maintained BMW individual spec car?

Rolands old car... theyre quite rare the cabs. Have some photos I did back in 2003 of it somewhere.

130 for small 135 coupe for something different/newer. e46 m3 if you want it all e39 m5 if your wanting space and it all I think my next will be a 335 touring true msport.

Outside of locked e30 series specs, you can easily eliminate understeer in an e30 several ways (actually any car). Simplest is front camber and toe out. All of this is based on the assumption that the mechnicals of the suspenion are up to good standard in the first place as others mention. There is a chart I use which is quite good .. let me see if I can find it.

Strut braces and have a negative effect on bumpy roads .. too much chassis stiffness sucks for open road driving. Also can amplify understeer on cars with staggered setups. The harder / more ridged and lower profile tired your car is the more it is pronounced. I had this on my e46 and took them off as they made the car too 'darty'. This was even after mucking aorund with alignment / camber / castor etc. They are great for roads that are flat and dont have too much articulation. Ultra-racing under chassis brace is the first fix, then if you still arent a fan, do the strut tower linking. http://www.pro-wholesale.co.nz/ultra-racing-strut-brace-sway-bar-chassis-bracing-products/e36/ PS. Westy forgot to mention that he cut open a e46 once ... it has a hidden plate steel 'roll bar' in the pilars which really help with stiffness. Tradeoff obviously is more weight.

E36 Sedan .. S50B32 .. Battery Positive - Size?
hybrid replied to handgrenade's topic in Electrical system
would just double check your MSS50.1 outputs are rated to drive two relay coils. Would a sh*t of thing if you burnt out the output transistors on the main board. Not a cheap replacement unfortunately. Tap it off your unloader relay circuit to do it properly. Supply is then controlled via the igition barrel position 2. -
