Hi - is the set of premium rear speakers still available? I would like to buy them. Also interested in front bumper Couple more - does it have a Hirschmann antenna? Interested if so. The driver’s side mirror still available? -
On another note, the e28 524td was never sold new in NZ would that be right?

If you don’t run the car daily then get an isolating switch for the battery.

Well, in that case I would expect the battery control lamp to stay on after start and while driving. You can measure the voltage across the battery while the car is running (in your case you will need to jump start first). Normal reading while car is running and alternator is charging the battery should be between 13 - 14.5 V.

Is the alternator working correctly? Are there any items that are drawing current when the car is parked up and key out of the ignition? Check at night to see if there are any stray lights on. Listen if the heater fan perhaps is spinning in the background. Any doors or boot lid kept open when parked up?
