can't you seperate out the looms and swap them to the dash?
-
I'm still trying to figure out why...

Right so i've had some 22mm torsion bars on order since August as part of a group buy out of Aussie. The organizer finally got the items from manufacture this week and they forgot to make my 22mm bars... BUT! They have accepted full responsibility and are giving me a 25mm Rear Anti-roll Bar for free... 130-140ish over a blind crest... zoomed out (different run)

Whats the rules with driving a WOFless car?
DRTDVL replied to Gotheschu's topic in General Discussion
Glenn, i thought your allowed to drive it to or from a place of repair /WOF testing station. If you angled it that it was at the panel beater for WOF related rust repairs, would that work??? -

You can do what my friend did for his photos - stole his GF's mascara and used that to try and thicken and darken it up...

Thats all good, most of those "upgrades" are cheap to do as the cars the parts are coming from are constantly being wrecked. The hardest part to find would be the 309 rear end.

Is it your daily? If not have a look at classic cover.

I have them in my car... Be careful which ones you get as THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE! If i run 98 in my car it will STINK! inside if it's been closed up for a while, you can get Teflon lined ones that do not smell... i can't remember if its Teflon or not tho... it's mentioned in a race series thread if i remember correctly..

Yeah I'm a pug man. Which 306 did you have? My S16 wasn't the fastest in a straight line but in corners it was more than capable - pugs = b road cars. Your brothers 205 - if he wants cheap upgraded shocks tell him to get some 306 S16 or gti-6 shocks as the are the same but have. Stiffer dampening due to the extra weight. Upgraded brakes (depending on model I.e gti 1.6 or 1.9, xs, gt, xr) can be gotten from a 306 xsi/S16 (266mm), 306 gti-6 (283mm), 307 2.0 models (283mm but slightly smaller pistons than the gti-6). 306 rear brakes again bolt straight up like the above front brakes but have a slightly larger piston than the 205's/309's. Has he done a 309 gti rear axle swap? If so you can go to Citroën and order some berlingo van torsion bars (21.8mm dia vs 20mm) for about $240 each. The 309 rear end extends the reR track by 20mm and makes te car a lot more stable and the 20mm tb and antiroll bar will give a slight inceAse in stiffness. A 306 s16 / gti-6 rear anti rollbar (24mm) can be cut down (80mm roughly for a 205) and the end cap welded on for a cheap upgraded anti-rollbar. Trailing arms, hubs, control arms, gearbox, can all bolt straight on for different performance/handling options...

I"m with Westpac and it's fantastic. Their online banking is much much better than ASB (my gf is with them) - i've got no account fee's for my daily account. Service is a branch by branch / person by person thing.

The best drive north is: You go up the blue road and down the red road.

I know a few people have used the tuffdeck spray on they cars for gravel

George (Espirt) has used it extensively on his lotus rebuild... It's not uv stable without a clear coat. They have a metal prep product and metal clean that would be recommended to use in conjunction with each other. You can buy starter kits.
