Hello For those of you in Christchurch, make sure you get along and check out this exhibition at the Christchurch Art Gallery. http://www.christchurchartgallery.org.nz/E...005/AnselAdams/ I'm no photographic expert, but this guys photos are awesome, especially of Yosemite National Park. I think that is is a good law, albeit hard to enforce and prove in many cases. The only accident I have ever had, was while I was adjusting my car stereo about 8 years ago. I admitted it straight away, and got correctly charged with careless driving. I felt like a prick, as the car I hit in front was full of people, already late, on their way to a wedding (they were completely uninjured, but their car was a bit the worse for wear, and not going anywhere fast). I'd pay $40k. Wrong timing really, besides need the money for other things in the next couple of years, and don't really want to be stuck with a car here when in the US. I do think that this red one is about the best (from the advert...not seen it in person) I have seen advertised. Cheers Grant

That is one mint E28. Very nice

Just buy one here, why buy one from overseas. Coombes Johnson in Tga should be able to get one for you easily enough. Cheers Grant

Just live with it, I challenge you to find an M20 owner that dosen't have some kind of valve chatter. If the the valves have been adjusted correctly and the noise is still there, don't worry about it, it isn't causing any harm. Cheers Grant

but you've seen mine? I'm just blinded by the orange when I see your car, it has permanently scarred my retinas.

Wow...Happy Birthday I had no idea such a milestone was approaching. When's the yardie being done? Have a great day, and if you don't have an exam today or tomorrow, take the whole damn day off. Cheers Grant

Yup, I definately would (thats no slight on your car, it is probably close the best pre-facelift m325i I have seen). But then that is me, and I'm kind of the "less is more" type. Cheers Grant

I would, but thats me.

I wasn't getting at you for posting it, I was more trying to pre-empt what I knew would turn into a car bashing thread.Sure constructive thoughts/discussion is all good, but unfortunately these are more often non-constructive rather than constructive. Cheers Grant

Unless you have a genuine question about this car (even though the owner is not likely to see it), lets stay away from negative comments about it everybody. Cheers Grant

I think Bravo means a real M car, as in an M3, M5, M6 etc not a standard car with a few Mtech bits and pieces, but without the real M Engine.I'm only a fan of M badges on real M cars...but hey, is your car, and is up to you and do what you think is best, or like best. Each to their own. Cheers Grant

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure putting a M20 into a 4 cylinder car is hard work, it is not as though the engine just bolts in, I'm pretty sure that the mounts etc are all different. Cheers Grant

Oh yeah, Road and Track in Rotorua seems to have RHD converted any M3's I have seen here. But why convert it to RHD, leave it how it is meant to be.

Welcome You have to import it after it is 20 years old...or bring it over, wait till it is 20 years old, export it (say to Australia) and then re-import it. Do a search, this topis has been done plenty of times already. Cheers Grant

I had a mate who punched a power pole when drunk, exactly the same result. Took ages to come right. Bet you learned your lesson. Hope it heals as good as new none the less. Cheers Grant

That may be stretching things a little far.

I don't see the point in a Z4 (especially a Coupe), why wouldn't you just buy a Porsche Boxter (or Boxter S) or a Porsche Cayman. Cheers Grant
