http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=39924 Just buy some springs. and new shocks. second hand is okay if you know that the shocks are all good. You'll NEED spring compressors and possibly a rattle gun for DIY, I couldn't remove my shock top bolt without one.

What are you trying to do? They have a stock brake booster. Unless you are heavily modifying the engine or racing the car I wouldn't see a need to change it. if you are having braking problems either get it checked out by a professional or replace pads/rotors and give it a fluid bleed and make sure there is no air in the system.

Has anyone use the small claims court before? Quite tempted even though I won't get any money back.

Where did you get these? I want some for the Touring!

Bought a set of coils from this guy about a month ago, paid for them and he doesn't respond to emails, has my money and won't send the parts. Basically ripped me off. He's selling a lot of BMW parts so somebody here might know him and be able to give him a kick up the arse for me and tell him to pull his head in? http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listings....?member=4186265 Have filed a report with trade me, but not actually sure what to do next. I actually just want the coils, didn't exactly pay much for them. Not concerned about the amount, it's just the point.

'94 M50B25 Rocker cover anti-dribble fixity kit
antil33t replied to Ahmedsinc's topic in Maintenance
I guess I'm lucky the rocker gasket set I got from him was $6 for shipping... with about 3 other things. if you look on his trade-me site, I'm sure the gasket set has a fixed rate for shipping :S or try Gavin. -
hahahahahahahha. It was sunny here in Dunedin yesterday. I had the roof on the Escort down all day. This time last year I got stuck in the Snow. - In Christchurch.

Oh, I know what you mean now. Blown Bulb, stuffed bulb holder, damaged wiring(big touring issue). (at least with E34 anyway)
-
You haven't like.. left the indicator stalk up have you? That got me the first time lol.

I'm a Shelf Technician by trade. I'm also a practicing retard, and can do retarded sh*t. I can also fix computers if I can be bothered. I'm good at wiring and soldering ect ect. I have a Blue Laser at home? It can start matches.

$10-15 bucks per wheel for the boring, not sure about the straightening. Sexy set of Racing Dynamics 17x??" Sitting on the floor.

You turn into the closest lane to you... not fking hard. It's even in the Road code, bet the derpy c**t that fails at it would try rage and moan. I think I might print this one off..

haha, I got given one of those from my phone provider... I haven't even opened the box.

Yeah, It wasn't gonna cost too much to have them machined. but when I had the tyres removed one of the rims has a slight bend in it (easy to fix) and some f**king wanker has had a go at machining the hubs themselves. and mangled it. (probably would be easy to machine out) and the place that was going to machine them has d*ck all parking which made me give up. So I've put them back in the garage. after all that whinging I gave up being a giver upper and took them in. Will have them back tomorrow, unfortunately all the tyres are 22 years old, so I won't be using those.

Nup... Should have it looked absolutely f**king funny. 15 kids with sponges around a E34. it was a kids fund raiser for school camp thing.
-
I think they are awesome LOL.

Just had a play, Cleaning the bores no-good. Measured them. 70mm CB need them bored 2.5mm. Lame. Plenty of material there to do that.
-
I'm going to try cleaning the center's out on the wheels before going down, someone suggested that they might be filled with crud, especially because they haven't been on a car in 3+ years. I checked my hubs, and the wheels for rings, but my car has the stock horrible e34 bottlecaps so, no need for location rings. Will try automotion tomorrow!
-
I picked up a cheap set of Throwing Star reps. the offset is right, pcd is right, but the CB is slightly, EVER SO SLIGHTLY too small. so they won't fit. Probably get to about 5mm off the hub. Does anyone know of anyone in Dunedin that can mill these out? Just ring up engineering places until someone gives me a good deal? They've been restored and the lips are polished, absolutely no kerbing at all! so I'd quite like them for my Touring.

I paid some kids to wash my car once. They did a pretty good job.

Back from the west island already?

It's still Illegal. I have some Narva Platinum's in my E30, they are extremely white! but not blue white. Biggest problem now is I'd say the aging lenses and plastic reflectors and pitted glass.

FS: Custom German/Europlates ORDERS NOW CLOSED - Last Order Before Chr
antil33t replied to _ethrty-Andy_'s topic in For Sale
I mean, I have nowhere to mount my plate frames to the front of the car as someone has just half arsed it from day one. Hopefully double sided tape will stick to the plate frames. -

I had, the caps appear to require more things to fit. Might just do as slack NZ'ers do and just screw it to the front of the car.
