nah~ They improved on the fonts, but the plate itself got smaller. Too small to fill that plate gap on our trunk.

Sthe car was previously driven in NZ road in NZ reg, though it's been de-reg, surely it can re-reg without major trouble (i.e. not convert to LHD or export/re-import) wouldn't it?
-
Given how badly crashed it was, why is it still worth it for people trying to fix it? Not too many bits were intact in that car I reckon~
-
Awesome!! May I suggest some Euro plates for the back and those silver-look bulbs for the front indicators? It look stunning as it is, I particularly liked the power dome and the overall subtle-ness.

why and what makes them not-compliable?air-bags?

They are well balanced but my guess is the price, weight and gearing limits BMW's driftability as oppose to the Japs. Especially price, I hardly see any car less than 10 year old in D1NZ or any drift comp in NZ. By the way, great buy that you had. I like the wheels and its ride height. Seems lowered a bit from new but not "ricey" low. Edited for typo.

I think he got his number by diving the fuel topped up by the km travelled.6-7km/litre is a bit on the low side I guess... Chart shows my fuel consumption for the last year.

I crashed when running MS Word the other day, the Online Crash Analysis reckon the solution I "need" is an upgrade!
-
It's just marketing, they do it just because they can. Besides, it's not the first car they do something like that to.
-
I like your ride height too. Personlly dislike those that gobble up half the wheel. my 323i has the same height at the back with the factory M-tech suspension, but the front is like inch an a bit higher. Scare of dropping any further since my front scratch enough as it is.... Do you have any scratching/scrapping problem?

As fas as I know, e36 wiper changes its speed according to road speed (unless it has the optional rain sensor which over-rides that with what it's sensing) You cannot change it manually.
-
Considering those from Repco cost a couple of hundreds for a good one, dealer's price ain't as bad as I thought. Could try Trademe I guess? But e39 roof racks are rare to start with.

e60 m5 on a M5 e9o m3 to be on a car (I own this) ps3 on my e36 now.

How do you tell you are in need of a re-gas? (other than the aircon doesn't produce the cold) I heard that there's a lens that you can look through to see the level of the gas but where is it?
-
Nice dash, where you get those? Maybe a carbon fibre bazel as well? By the way, I hope you don't drive around with the rear fog lights on (the orange light as per the arrow) when there is no fog. You probably already know that, just checking~ Edited: missing pix

Little fogged up on the driver side light?

Air filter dirty? As throttle position and gear change affects the amount of air engine sucks in, so if the air filter is dirty enough, it whistle from trying to suck the air from every crevices it can, muffle by the bonnet could sound like a whining. I know you said it came from behind, but it's just a thought.

AA gave me discount on my classic Mini for being seldom in use. I can only do 5000km in that per year in return for low premium. Can't tell you how much I pay, but it's so low that I thought they were joking when I hear the price.

A lot better than the e90 4 door IMO. I still like the design of e46 more, maybe it will grow on me. Talked to the Team McMillan guys and they reckon it would arrive by end of the year.
-
Yep, it's a e36. Door handle is a dead giveaway.

My previous tank was BP 98, then 2 days from pay day the tank is running low. So I've put in student amount of Caltex 95 in there and definitely felt the difference. Need higher rev to run the same up-hill slope, the fuel consumption meter is also higher for the same piece of road.

depending how the chapter are split, you can use "Re-author" in DVD Shrink.Had the season 1 Pimp-My-Ride from 3 discs down to 2 disc with that.

Welcome both of you new people~~ Please try a search first next time, it's a common topic that pops up every month (if not more often) But, have a look at these threads first... http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....c=3992&hl=alarm http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....c=2616&hl=alarm

I once read somewhere, if the discs are of equal quality, -R are more compatible than +R in normal DVD players. That said, I found no problem on either on any of my friends and family's computer, laptop or DVD players. My trick is write them slow. 2x if you can, 4x tops. Higher the speed, the discs vibrate as it spins and create writing problem towards the outside edge (end of movie). I agree with m325i that cheap DVD are just not worth the trouble. Just get some good ones and you'll never have problems. I use combination of Imation, Ricoh, SONY brand media and Nero 6.

I was from... Sony Ericsson (SE) T630 -> iMate JAM (PDA) -> Nokia 6680 (3G) -> SE T68i -> Moto Razr all these in the last 8 months I've got to say, T630 and T68i are great phone albeit its age. Battery lasts and has a ok-ish sync with Outlook. JAM is really convenient but a bit fragile and battery is cr*p (1.5-2 days with minimal calls and PDA use). 6680 is nice but slow and crashs every week. Razr has style but the UI is a shocker, esp comparing with Nokia and SE. If you just need to read your schedule and not make new ones or change them, go V800 because SE's Outlook sync is good (compare to Nokia). Although I own and intent to keep the Razr, I won't recommend it. If I were you, I'll get a cheapie then hold out for SE M600i in second quarter. 2.6" touch screen with QWERTY keyboard, 15mm thickness. That's when and what I'll go for when this comes out too. BTW, if you are on contract and has a phone more than $350, phone insurance is recommended. The catch is you can only insure those that are (or were) on sale at a official Vodafone outlet. (i.e. those obscure, parallel imported model are not insurable through phoneInsure, so I was told by Voda)
