  5. I have one on a stand in Silverdale. 2.5 with 2.0 head. Was in my open class car for a few years. Runs well, no problems, & comes with a remaped chip. PM me if interested.
  6. I have had many different oils in my 330 over the years and it has always used oil, not a huge amount but more than i would like, but it had allways been that way no matter what oil I used (even the expensive stuf). Last oil change I had Fucsh Super Super GTO 10W-30 put in. Just a average, middle of the road oil. I have just come back from a return trip to Palmeston North, and it has used virtually no oil, and done the best economy on that trip yet.
  7. Thats my street!! What day was it? I could have added another E46, not as good as those but.
  8. I have a complete 2.5 sitting on a stand in silverdale. Also have a 5 speed box sitting there as well if any one is interested
  9. I think the lap looks quite good. I cut that first left hand corner across the concrete too and find it works well, but I like to approach it from the middle of the track, giving a bit more time for the weight to transfer to the right making it a bit smoother. Your foot work sounds good as well.

Your PayPal e-Mail Address : Your Mobile Number : Price is ok Soon as i make the payment and you get the funds, the Courier Service will come and pick up the car at your home at your convenient time also the courier will help me sign the required papers. Have a nice day This is the exact wording I got, and I was only selling a ute!! He made it sound like a super car!
  11. I have put the Altenzo on my 330 motor sport that has a lot of suspension mods, and the only problem with them is a small vibration at speed when they are cold. Grip wise they are fine for a road car, even in the slush and snow, and as we are only supposed to be diong 100km/h I would have to put it on the track to compare them with what I had before & I have a race car for that, hence why I gave the Altenzo a go. Previous Tyers were : Eagle F1, excelent but lasted 5 minutes and got very loud as the tread got down, and when I got the car it had Michelin Pilot Proceda, useliss in the wet and cost more than the car was worth.
  12. Yes thats me, it was at the Amon feasterville last Jan & hopefully we will get a rematch at the BMW feasterville this Jan. Lap times weren't that great as we were holding each other up big time, but it was fun. Running up the back of that car is just not a option!!!
  13. From the Open Day a few weeks ago. Maby we should put some arrows down for Milan!!
  14. looks like it was flat by the end of the lap!!!
  15. Looks like its to keep people from Europe from crossing the center line rather than them using the right hand lane for no reason. I hope they will enforce that to!!

Agreed, and also never, never admit anything. I presume that he got you with the Hawke rader as he came the other way, so no way of knowing which one of you was doing the the speed. Exploit any doubt.
  17. I have them on my 330, 225/40/18's and have found them good but noisy. The problem I have is that they are wearing badly in the middle of the tread, mainly on the rear. What would be the recomended preshure for these???
  18. Read the Road Code!!!!!!!!!!! On a Duel Carraige Way (2 or more lanes on the left of the center line) the right hand lane is only to be used for passing or if the left hand lane is full.

A few laps incar of me chasing Gerry. Our lap times wern't very good, but it was fun.
  20. I am also in the Plastics Industry, have been all my working life. In my previous job I installed some machinery into a few places in Christchurch. Who do you work for? I am now a project Engineer for Amcor Flexibles.
  21. I didn't have any of this work done as it came from Japan as it is, so I also dont know what it cost, but it would not have been cheap. The wheels are 18 x 8.5 with a off set of 35, and 225/40/18 tyres Adjustible platforms front and rear so the ride hight can be adjusted to suit, but it does need a low volume cirt. 30mm front bar and 24mm on the rear and all bushes and linkages have been replaced. The ride is firm, even very firm, but it is not hard or harsh, and it doesn't bounce and there is no body roll. It doesn't bottom out and nothing rubs, even with five people in. The handling is superb, particularly on the open road. I have never found myself going to fast for a corner, the more you turn the wheel the more it turns. On the track it is only let down by the road tyres and it doesn't have adjustible camber plates, but I have still out run a e46 m3 out of the hair pin and up over the hill at Puke. Feal free to pm me if you want to come and have a look befor you decide what to do. (if you are in Auckland that is) Please resize your photos and repost them
