"stigma that surrounds these kind of products" and "the first thing that comes to mind when you think of anti-spam / anti-virus type software?" adds to my feelings. As i said, CNN and other logos didnt really help, maybe add youtube link to show its not BS? Maybe its just me, a person who uses the internet heaps for alot of different things, but i see heaps of ads and different sites offering different programs. The site felt like the old ashampoo site, where everything is colourful, but lacks the professional and serious image the site gives now IMO. Plus i didnt know the brand, product name was MailWash or something, but i couldnt see/remember which company made the product

Hi Its just like wat drtdvl (Heath) said, looks like a popup-fix-ur-pc thing, plus the CNN and other "as seen on.." logos didnt really add to it's legitimacy. It is really well designed and attractive site though. I knew what the product is and what you are selling. It wasnt clustered and I knew you had other products also (is that correct?) For the 5 secs i looked at it for, design was good but i felt that i've seen this before and it wasnt a special or one of a kind product.

Any help is much appreciated. Today i parked the car for 30 mins tops. The fuel tank was near empty, and the car was parked on a slope (rear end facing down) I turned the key, the car started for 1sec then died. Tried it again and again, same thing happened. After half a dozen attempts, the car simply turns over but no signs of it starting at all. Called my dad for a hand, 10litres of fuel was put in, didnt help at all. Then i pushed it to a side street with a hill. A hill start didnt help. Called AA afterwards. AA man sprayed some engine start into the intake, car started for 1 sec, then died. Then he added another 10 litres of fuel. Car didnt start, only turns over. Then he got a rubber mallet out and started wacking where the gas tank was whilst i turned the key. It didnt start at all. He said it was a fuel pump issue. Is that the case? if so, i need a replacement one please
