Fitting E46 Purple Tag Steering Rack to an E30
WYZEUP replied to Waltsbm's topic in Brakes, Suspension & Steering
most people use e36 tie rod ends -
it may have "crappy chinese ebay parts" but its the suspension and handling that were the main concerns for HSV, hence the decoupling rear sway bar (which is unheard of in a ute) upgraded shocks and springs, wheels are no bigger just wider, from a 7.5" to a 10" wheel The camaro will come as spec'd out of america, being the 2SS will be very well spec'd unfortunately no manual at this stage currently

I run the srs bushes and they still dont centre the hub with standard e36 arms, if you use m3 hubs it may work. Theres quite a few options out there for this now, theres a guy in oz that has built some that he reckons works with standard arms. try the e30 enthusiasts australia page he posts a bit on there

So ive finally tracked down a radiator for my car....reading all these opposing comments all over the web about what to run in them etc.... I understand i should either be using pre-mixed coolant or mixing coolant with distilled water?? Im assuming filtered tap water is still not efficient enough, are there any other things i should note when fitting? Is alloy block/head to alloy radiator Thanks
-
Thanks BMRBOI but im after the non-expansion tank type radiator
-
Hey guys, Im on the hunt for a alloy radiator for an e36 6 cylinder, non expansion tank type. Before anyone suggest fenix radiators there are none in the country for another two months i have already phoned them. Thanks
