    I think they do re dye the leather and apply clear coats and sealants.

    Yeap. And it was damn cheap.... $100 for the steering wheel and $80 for the reconditioning.

    I am just a little scheptical with the size (18" = uncomfortable) and the spacers think. Any thoughts? I am sitting on 16" stock ones and I appreciate the comfort of driving mostly in the city.

    Changed steering wheel on the 540i. Proper 3 spokes 375mm fully restored leather.... It came nice...
