A good tune helps economy...HEAPS, getting in there, cleaning throttle body may help and unless you run your petrol very low often i would not think injector cleaner would help much. 25.8 litre tank? seems very small! My 318 is 55-60ish litres and normally costs around $90-100 to fill and ranges from 500km-750km per tank depending on hills and open road running. 6-7km per litre sounds very low, is that cruising and stoping at light a lot, are you heavy on the accelerator, i have noticed particularly in my little 1.8 that when i'm heavy footed the economy goes down the drain.
