Personally i would build my own. but if you are not computer hardware minded, imo Compaq are a pretty decent branded computer, plenty of slots/easy to upgrade, decent hardware warranty etc

do you know if it is the actual xbox or the power supply that is overheating? sometimes the power supply can get dust and crap in it or be sitting in a place that is not open to air. I have bought a few overheating rrod x boxes and fixed them using the thermal paste and heat sink X clamp tricks...if you can't find a link i'll have a hunt later! The intercoolers are very good particularly with ex rrod ones!

Cheers for that Josh, hope that does the trick and i dont have to go about the fluffing around like that other dude did

This morning at the service station, i went to check the water and the bonnet switch (pull thingy ) just pulled right back with no resistance...Any of you fellas know how i can get into it? Cheers

Moving house and I having trouble getting up the steep driveway

How about trying a moss and mildew cleaner and/or giving it a water blast before adding anything to it. -
It's funny how many types and brands of tyres you assume are decent, really are not. I had a set of Good Year Eagles which seemed pretty good...but after switching to Continentals (similar pricing) i instantly felt the difference

No the main piece is the injector, it is at the top of the manifold!

I agree, they look like they're stoned off their heads!

Had a similar situation with the same type of driveway a few years ago, we ended up spraying the drive with bleach, 2 days later hosed it down then sprinkled cement around...worked a treat but needed to be done every few months as the cement wore down. -
Heres an idea why your cars economy may be out...check out numbers 5 and 6 and have a look around the rubber fuel hose to see if they are old or damaged...found on the missus ti that one was worn and fixed that, we got better mileage instantly...also have a sniff around the injectors. just an idea!

Brilliant, that's turning a negative into a positive!!! I didn't think much of the quake in Dunedin...was just a little wobble, much the same as we get in the islands regularly! very thankful all my friends and loved ones in Chch are safe and any serious injuries are few

Yeah they don't really seem to care much in those situations can see TM's pov though, they would be bombarded with disgruntled feedback people...i'm like you and have 2 bad feedbacks from sellers over ridiculous stuff...one a laptop that was sooooo misrepresented and another from a guy who obviously did not get what he wanted from a $1 res auction, then gave me bad feedback after i placed mine

Really that much! When i was living in Scotland 5 years ago i bought a hatch for 5000 quid and flicked it on when i came home for 6k this had done around 50 miles and was sooo nice to drive, have not found another turbo car that has such a good power range.

I had the same problem with a little yapping dog over our back hedge that would always bark when anyone is in our back yard...i got an app for my iphone called dog whistle which you can adjust the frequency too piss the dog off, i hooked it up to my stereo and played it through that when the dog barked. BOOM it stopped making noise and then whenever it started up again i would play it and it would shut up...our problem solved, but im sure you can find similar thing on the net.

A little maintenance is not the problem, head gaskets, water pumps and anything that takes more than a couple of hours is...which is exactly why i would prefer to buy a decent kms's/running e30/e28 until i have the time and disposable $$ to complete the S50B32 transplant i'm planning down the line.

I do love the esprit's...is it just me or does it seem higher than normal?
