  1. 99 ways to impress your girlfriend Edit: NWS
  2. I thnk you are being a bit harsh. While it may not be in "like new" condition like you previously state it was. it certainly has not been "neglected". I know the current owner quite well and he does have a genuine reason for sale. Your inference is that he has wrecked the car, which is far from the truth.
  3. It's not a grudge, it is just that your car should not be on the road! I feel sorry for the person that buys it from you thinking they have a road worthy and legal car. Your car is not road worthy and down right dangerous. As a WOF inspector you more than anyone should know that we have safety standards in place for a reason. In fact I am almost tempted to report you to the LTSA. It is muppets like you that we don't need.
  4. Pot, Kettle, Black................ MUPPET!
  5. If you had actually put that info in your first post it would have made things a whole lot clearer (Mental note: Swordfish is not lazy - just cheap ) If it is only $100 more expensive for a locally sourced unit surely you would be better buying it here?? At least if you buy it locally and anything goes wrong you wil have 100% more chance of getting it fixed. Surely $100 is cheap for peace of mind? Don't forget if you buy it overseas you may also get stung for GST through customs which would also almost cancel out the $100
  6. It continually astounds me how people are too lazy to have a look around themselves. Have you tried googling NZ websites or even tried phoning around?
  7. welcome back - good to see another E38 on board.
  8. Why not just look at the sidewalls? Every tyre I have ever seen has branding on it only 1 by the look of it good luck with the sale tho
  9. +1maybe I am not up with the youth language of today after rereading it, it still seems like your original post is talking about the new car. Talk about confusing I am glad that you have made it clearer now. If you had said you were taking YOUR car for a test drive all the confusion would have been avoided
  10. Nice choice young Heino. Hang on............. I smell a tall tale here. The photos of the car you supposedly took on a test drive and photoshoot are from Turners, and you are indicating that it is the one and same car you are buying. How the F do you manage to take a car from TURNERS for a photoshoot and a test drive??? And this all happened overnight??? In between your original topic on what to choose and now??? Serioulsy, are you just takingthe piss??? Your LAST post in the other thread was at 9.45pm and yet by 12.07am in this thread you had emailed the guy, taken professional photos and test driven a car that is locked up at Turners??
  11. While I think your little venture is good in theory. Are you sure you can sell it for $8.5k? There are plenty of newer GSR's on TM gong for far less. A one-off paint job may also narrow your potential market - how many people want to drive a pink car? The external wastegate is also illegal so you may have to end up forking out more bucks to get it warrantable. BTW: notice how everything is spelt in plain English
  12. Haha - this thread is Epic!! Heino - Young, dumb and full of cum! For a second stop thinking with your little head and use your big head. IF that GSR is soooooo awesome why hasn't it been snapped up already??? If the deal seems too good to be true it usually is. You also come on a BMW forum asking what car to go for? - What did you think everyone was going to say???? I live very close to where the young kids died last weekend, and a few years ago I pulled a young guy from a car very similar to the one you are looking at buying - it wasn't pretty! Remember - all the 'older' members on here were young once.
  13. He is the current sries champ and was in an Evo9. The street trim Focus put up some good times compared to the race trim EVO around Hampton
  14. If you are wanting to quieten it down shouldn't you be looking for a muffler rather than a resonator?
  15. So are Grant Aitken's. Look out for one in the Production car series this year - should give the EVO's and WRX's a fright!
  16. OT - But how does this stop you? One is in Taupo and one is in Auckland(ish)? One is a Monday and one is a Saturday?
  17. Any EDL store should also have the bolts you need.
  18. hey, they are my old wheels! I saw them on a Golf 3 and managed to convince the car dealer to part with them! I had them on my E30. I should try and dig up a photo. BTW: the car looks awesome!
  19. naughty naughyt naughty - giving out your details and trying to avoid trade me fees

    Seats for sale

Hi guys and girls I have started a part time business importing seats. It is probably not the 'community' that will be interested but I have some Bride Vios bucket seats in red or blue. Recaro recliners in red, and some Sparco XL Bucket seats. All the seats are replicas but meet all relevant safety standards and can be put into your road or track car. All seats are priced at $399 each and universal sliding rails are $20 a side extra. I have photos of the Bride's but not the Sparco or Recaro yet sorry. cheers

    WTF!

Every one needs to chill out - It's an internet forum - not some religion that must be strictly adhered to. I can understand why some of the more senior members on here left a while ago. Go outside and kick a ball around to work off some of the anger issues.
