haha isn't this the third thread you have posted? Are you going to be doing the bushing swap yourself or are you going to get a mechanic to do it? Do you want OEM or urethane bushings?

WTB: e30 Coupe Driver and Passenger Seats (Coupe)
gouba replied to bmw.maniac's topic in Want to buy
Jacko do you still have the drivers seat? Is it mechanically in good condition? -
Happy with any condition cosmetically (rips stains etc) so long as mechanically it's fine. I jsut need to swap out the seat adjusters as mine as buckled. Can be from either a coupe or sedan.
-
should chuck it on some chopped springs, will sort it all right out
-
That made a boring morning funny
-
how can a kid be given one of those? I missed out of having a rich dad big time

What part of the shifter? There is a circlip that you need to take off before you can remove the shifter from the linker arm, you will find it about the transmission, it takes some time and fiddling to get off. To pull out the actual shifter itself you need to pull off the shift boot, remove the rubber cover and with two screwdrivers rotate the white plastic bushing clockwise with two flat head screwdrivers.

Awesome looking red 4 door e30 driving up from Hamilton to Auckland. Looked alot like zinnoberrotE30's car?
-
No, but you can reset those easy enough with a bit of wire.
-
Are you making a custom wiring loom because that looks like pain all spooled up in metres of wiring?
-
From memory its around $40 for a can of matched paint in the color pak brand (great stuff) not too sure how expensive the clear is (i'd say around $20-25 at a guess)
