  1. Even I'm converting to the dark side and going turbo NA just doesn't cut it unless you have unlimited funds.
  2. Hey guys, going manual so not requiring this piece of gear anymore. Asking $950 With this unit you can control almost any 4-6 speed automatic gearbox, an amazing tool! Email me or reply here if you have any interest! Includes: 1x TCM-2000 unit 1x Universal harness 1x USB Lead to laptop (usb got damaged, but has been repaired) Specs: The TCM-2000 is the most powerful aftermarket controller for automatic gearboxes Features dual calibrations (sport mode, tow-haul mode, etc.), programmable shift points, shift firmness, and torque converter lockup. Unique to TCM-2000, PWM outputs are programmable either active high or low supporting a wide range of transmissions from GM, Ford, Chrysler, Nissan, Toyota, and others. The CAN interface allows seamless integration with CAN based vehicles or ECU's. Compatible with J1939 and other CAN standards. The CAN connection also simplifies the connection to a PCS Paddle Shifter or GSM-2100 Gear Select Module so you can eliminate the shift lever in your car.
  3. M60 or M62 wont get anything like 300rwhp without some decent upgrades and tuning. Most stock ones are floating around depending on condition 200-250rwhp. You would definitely want an S62 V8 as suggest above if you want a decent output that is cost effective. Probably ideal to put aside 15k for such a project too

Trouble with turbocharging that setup is there is bugger all space. And the extra heat is also an issue to factor in.
  6. Haha nope Much more spacious, Soarer Z30 engine bay, decided to return to my old obsession, this time do one properly so I'm going to use the 1UZ V8 from the E36 and do a nice little twin turbo setup etc, manual, and of course use that Aston Martin exhaust box again
  7. They will suit all EVO M3s, slightly firmer spring rates if I recall. Touch lower, than stock EVO height, very nice right I found, yet still comfortable. Couldnt fault them really. Asking $300, but will get them slide for $250.
  8. Your M3 has got high ish ks so if the major ball joint and bushes havent been replaced start there. A new steering arm to the rack is a good upgrade to get back that tight feel, as is getting a rebuilt or replaced steering rack. Have you done the RTAB limiter kit? That stiffens the rear up somewhat. Other than that, stiffer sway bars, upgraded shocks and harder spring rates will be the next avenue to get more out of the car, but I think if your using it on the road Stock new M3 stuff fits the bill better.
  9. Improving for performance or more comfort? The more solid the rubber bushings generally the better maintained the geometry under harder driving. Of course the trade off is more vibration etc, stresses, etc.
  10. Thats where the timing stuff goes It's not drawn on that engine block.
  11. Nice one Alex. That is one cool exhaust.
