One thing that people unfamiliar with BMWs often fail to grasp is the difference between M3, M325, M316 (LOL) and just snap on body kits etc. An 'M' badge is as meaningless as an R badge on a Mitsi.

On the way home I had some young brave scream to a halt beside me at the lights. When they flipped to green he was all smoke and squeal from the tyres. Meanwhile, I'd flipped into steptronic, traction control on and planted boot. I was clear across the intersection before he started moving forward. The idiot didn't understand the first concept of dragging the lights- lose traction = lose the race.

Anything is only worth what someone will pay for it. To me, that is WAY overpriced, but someone will buy it, I guess. If I was looking to buy it, I wouldn't be interested in paying more than $5k. Its a 17 year old car - crikey!

FAR OUT!!! The new Z4 Coupe - WOW!!! Go see it, it is one very, very cool Coupe!! This one was in black and even though I don't like black cars, it was tres smart!! The 335i Coupe is a 3 litre twin turbo model and is delightful. Only a 4 seater of course, but no-one buys a Coupe to fit a family in... 325 Coupe = $97k 335 Coupe = $120k I didn't catch the Z4 Coupe price. Must test drive..... I was sitting in the 335 with a lady who bought one on the spot. She'd tried the M3, but didn't like it - too harsh ride and in her words - "Too blokey". She promised me she'll drive the 335 like its supposed to be driven though - LOL

His company is in pre-production for a show intended for Alt TV and designed to help promote unsigned NZ bands. They'll be filming at Arch Hill Studios in Auckland and Earwig Studios on the North Shore, but if you can't get to Auckland you could send some footage of a show you've done or music clip you've knocked together yourself. There are plenty of shows on TV that feature New Zealand bands, but if you're just starting out it's hard to get anyone to bother with your band. We don't care if anyone knows who you are or even whether or not you've played your first gig. We want to make it dead easy for you to get on TV. The show is supported by people who've spent their life in this industry & recognise that some of the best music made in this country never gets heard about in mainstream media.
