  1. Any offers are considered. Cheers
  2. So far just an online quote. Typed in a few details, came back almost straight away rejected. I need to do some ringing around at least. Though I just don't understand how it can be such a hassle insuring an E30. There's a few of them in NZ.
  3. I'm a bit miffed by it all. I honestly thought I was doing the right thing by advising State. I wouldn't of minded paying extra in my premium for my mag wheels to be covered. Only claim I've ever made is a windscreen chip to be repaired. I had an accident about 5 years ago, but that's history. Had a policy with State for about a year. Thought about third party, fire & theft, but I would rather have full cover just in case something happens. I couldn't do with out a car. Not many extreme mods done on my car as seen on my project thread I don't really want to have to cut off my arm to pay for my insurances either...
  4. And unfortunately neither will AA (I'm not a bad driver! I swear!).
  5. Thanks, unfortunately AMI will not cover my vehicle due to the modifications. Not that there are many real major ones. My flatmate is giving me details of her broker, so I may see how I can get on through them. Didn't realise it would be such a hassle with a car like mine any ways!
  6. Just cancelled my car insurance with State. They wouldn't insure my car with my BBS RGs on there. So I cancelled my contents too. Any recommendations?? Has any one else had issues?

  8. Thanks I've placed an order with Andy for some! Looking forward to receiving those. In the meanwhile, I have gotten rid of the twin 12" subs in the boot to free up some boot space, and installed a 12" Sony Slimline sub/box instead. I can actually see my boot now and it sounds pretty great!
  9. Very nice silver Lamborghini in Milford this evening...
  10. Put a sweet bimmersport sticker on my back window. Looks mint!
  11. A new addition - a must have.
  12. So next I've decided to do some touch ups. The right front guard and drivers door clear coat is coming off pretty bad.. So going to get that fixed up. The bumper has a big chunk out of it from before I got it.. so getting that done! Then from there I will decide!
  13. Yeah, I was thinking along the lines of that.. also might look at getting a Mtec II Steering Wheel. Though there is a Mtec I steering wheel on Trade Me for $150 that looks alright. See what this year brings
  14. Thanks! Just trying to figure out what to do now... getting some euro plates hopefully. Ideas?
  15. So got a cut and polish yesterday! Looks a lot better than it was!

    HELLM3 & 8M3

Very nice pair! Nice work Ray!
  17. This could be completely unrelated, however a similar thing happened to my E30. It would run fine, but after turned off for several hours, had to be jumped started. Would go for a long run to charge the battery, but would still go flat. For my car, it turned out to be a really crappy battery. I replaced the battery and no problems since. I thought it was odd too, as it just started happening out of the blue - no warning signs or anything.. Hope this helps...
  18. Dexter is definitely the star.. then again.. so is the red M3.
  19. What sort of car is this, I have never seen one of these before....??
  20. Hey ya, any girls t-shirts available? Cheers
  21. Three E30s in my garage! I wonder who can guess whose they are?!
  22. Happy two birthdays Dan!
  23. Thanks Where did you see it? Far better being a manual for sure. Completely different car now, feels quicker off the mark, and great fun too. Just got some 15" BBS rims, yet to put them on though...
