I'll add IMHO, better?

I think you'll find he threw $20k on it so people wouldn't call, it was advertised for less earlier, hence sold. There is no premium for FL that I've seen and I'd never have one. A pfl with Tech 1 (yes I'm biased) is a much better looking classic car. And that's what they are, so don't tell me a fl is "more modern". It's like a more modern axe. A good one is good fun to drive, mine is manual and it's fine, it's no high performance corner carver, but then what E30 is apart from Hybrids? Good weekend fun is what they are,I wouldn't want to drive one everyday in traffic.

They just keep getting cheaper, this is actually tempting

It's cheap enough that you could take a punt IMO. -

I think you'll find it quite hard if my experience with the Falcon is anything to go by. Rule Shell out for a start. -

Are yours staggered? -
I didn't like them originally, but after getting mum one, I think they're great. They drive very well, even a 118i auto for around town.

Botany Town Centre is owned by AMP. I still think it would be an interesting case. I rent my car park, therefore it is mine, regardless of whether or not the council has been given access to the building, they don't have a right to be in my space anymore than someone who tries to park in it.
-
I think that's (reasonably) clear. Council owned property, yes, private, no.
-
Westfield do own it, just checked.
-
You mean the Westfield mall? Westfield will own it from memory. The council seems to have decided they can go on private land such as car parks for ticketing, they do it in the CBD. I would have thought you could argue the point that as you have rented/leased the space, it was no longer public, but private and they could sod off, but who knows?

www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-708302801.htm Must be lowest ks surely?
-
A client had one of these, got 270-280kms per tank, curious to see how you go. I think you'll enjoy it anyway.
-
Is that even a council ticket? Or a parking services or whatever they call themselves? If the latter, ignore it.

He should be taken outside and beaten. Techno violet is the only colour I'd want. -
Must have made an impression, you remembered it.

The Mothers plastic Polish will work a treat on the window. Try Mercedes for the cloth top, they should have something decent and not usually that expensive. Try and get the hood up and stretched out, they're not supposed to be down for extended periods.

It's two years old, not new.
-
Was cheap, $52.9k.

I noticed with interest that (I think) JCBMW had a 2012 F30 318d in manual for sale. Sold in a week, must be some demand then?

Good support and loyalty from the dealer/manufacturer then. There's a guy who has spent $400k plus on new cars and one faults just out of service, "Sorry, that's your problem".I forgot, on a known problem as well. -
228kms isn't insurmountable, 228kms for near $30k is. Very low $20s or very high teens and I'd consider it. Assuming the suspension isnt flogged out. And applying my discount for lack of manual.
-
One thing to think about Geoff is the expense of running a bear engine. From what I understand, they run best on salmon and berries, neither of which are cheap.
-
$50-60k, not that you'd catch me paying that for it.
