Can I rephrase? In that case, I wouldn't bother doing anything to the engine. Spend your money on some suspension/wheels etc. Possibly a shorter diff ratio if there is one?

I'd venture to say there'd something to be had in the headers. They are cat in manifold design. Find out if it has post cat sensors. Then tune at Gavins (hivelocity). Nothing but noise in the intake as said. Manual conversion is the ticket with lightened flywheel.

If the thickness of the disc is still well over spec I'd take option 2. But then again, I am a cheap-skate mongrel.

Actually, not sure the 740's come in 18". Mine are 17x8.

Yup. Completely normal. Doesn't need to be much difference in wear (1/2 mm?) for one to hit the backing plate.

Na, the Halos are 240V. Got sick of overheating transformers.

Can I rephrase? How many running hours does it take to recoup the cost of a LED (at say $15) over a 50W 240V Halo (at say %5)?
