What'd you do to your BMW today?

Oil Filter + Oil change and new Rego for Dudlee.

where do you get your oil and filter stuff from man need to do mine ?

changed a few fuses lighter is working , took out seats cleaned carpet put in new seats cleaned out boot area by spare wheel etc :)

I got my filter from EuroItalian for the M10 its only $15 for the filter and I got my Oil from Glenn

what $90 worth of bolts looks like.

snapped a front subframe bolt, luckily managed to get it out of the chassis rail. frightened by the condition of them so ordered 4 new ones and also 4 new ones to suit the control arm brackets.

-Went to Ray, got his boys the check over the whole car to find any problems and they didn't find anything too major.

-Tried fixing my indicators with no luck, so I put on my new wheels, raised the back a bit and wound the front down heaps.

Seam welded the front suspension turrets and Finished off the solid mount bars for the diff.

Finally got the bluetooth, iPhone adaptor and stereo to play nicely in the E46!

Lowered the car a bit more, and also replaced the chrome grills with black! Before and after pics

E36 injectors into the 2.8 stroker-guess i'll let Gavin decide if they are an improvement or not-certainly no shortage of fuel haha

took the slip stream deflector from the parts car. no more annoying whistle when it's closed I hope :)

Replaced the headliner in the e36. Much easier than I'd anticipated. No more sagging fabric touching your head - priceless.

The 2.8: ditched the e36 injectors,went back to another set of e30s,changed the plug rail too just in case & the afm after it had an e30 moment.

200km test run today-I do believe we have it sussed at last.

Now to Gavin nxt wk ffor the final tickle up hopefully

Washed all that crap off the car after being parked at Hampton all weekend. Looked like brown rain. Must have been the dust that stuck to it when it rained....

flushed the brakes. Fluid was rather dirty, no more rubbing noise under light braking anymore. Yay.
