Michael. 2313 Report post Posted May 10, 2013 I have the same ramps as you by the looks. I welded some 500mm steel plates 1/3 way up to smooth the accent and reduce that nasty angle to avoid any scraping of the front bumper.
Lucan 196 Report post Posted May 10, 2013 Whats wrong with the fuel guage? If its showing incorrect level, take out the cluster and sand the terminals on the back of the fuel gauge once its removed. Or replace it.

Cab 148 Report post Posted May 12, 2013 Could be a fuse? Swap your hazard light fuse with your fuel gauge one (if it is the problem), or buy a new fuse

pommy 33 Report post Posted May 13, 2013 Oh yes. Is that the switch top right corner next to gear knob? I think it is that however have had all the console out! And cannot find the two spade bit connectors that plug into the switch? Any other ideas cheers guys.
tcbaurpower 5 Report post Posted May 13, 2013 Have you removed the drivers side dash panel under steering wheel. Was there a switch on the panel that you also removed? This is common in an e28 and when you unplug the switch all windows will stop working. Maybe a similar switch...?
pommy 33 Report post Posted May 14, 2013 The panel was off when I purchased the car! I cant see any dangling wires, only the headlight adjuster.
