G'day guys,

Well, what an awesome dyno day we had! To keep the fun going I've just cobbled together a bunch of audio clips from the runs today, so far I've got 16 different cars uploaded, unfortunately I missed a few in between eating and chatting during the day but anyhow, I hope you enjoy!

My favorites might be Tristan's M3 V8 and Brent's 545i - they both sound amazing - but so does Ray's E46 S62 and Josh's S50 E30....... actually - I think all the cars were awesome to be honest!

EDIT Listening to mine again, I'm sure it's got more to give... I need another run (and a remap, some headers, supercharger, M60 manifold, etc)! haha

na thats what the v8's sound like , i reckon they want to rev further but they just dont .

at 1:38 sounds a bit like it got some wheel spin or slipping clutch at 1:57 revs up real quick

The early runs peaked at 5500 vs 7000 with DSC disconnected. Hence the lame V8 sound from the clips.

Yeah frustrating, I seemed to miss recording the 7000 rpm runs, sorry about that! Too much talking in between runs.

Won't change my vote... I won't forget what 8M3 sounded like in a hurry!

We'll leaving voting open for the rest of today and then I'll announce all the winners from the day. Remember overall winner gets a full Scholl Concepts cut and polish by The Glossmaster worth $300!! There will be other prizes kindly provided by Bimmersport for best 4,6 and 8cyl cars as voted by the judging panel and a prize for the top voted exhaust note.

Again sorry Martin / Ray for not getting full clips of your V8s running up, I must have got distracted while the fuses were being pulled. Argh!
