lord_jagganath 421 Report post Posted April 20, 2014 howis yours going, have you ironed out all the problems now? Engine is running beautifully, gearbox is smooth, touch wood that the suspension leveling is clear, just the check lights for the tailgate lights still come on and the front/rear washer pumps that need replacing. otherwise mechanically it is good. the style 115 16" rims suit is well... jjs 64 Report post Posted April 21, 2014 $11,300... for a E34 in boston green with tan??? No thanks. I'm tempted to email the dreamer and ask where the $300 comes from... why not just $11,000 or $11,500???

I'm tempted to email the dreamer and ask where the $300 comes from... why not just $11,000 or $11,500???What he paid plus what he's spent in maintenance. I think it's over priced, I've seen e39s for much less.
roo 41 Report post Posted April 22, 2014 Yeah while it is tidy and NZ new is great, is it really worth that much? 8k maybe?

I'm tempted to email the dreamer and ask where the $300 comes from... why not just $11,000 or $11,500??? Yeah that combo I would only want to see on a Jag or Aston. Not a BMW. I had black and tan in my e39 and it was horrible.
_ethrty-Andy_ 2132 Report post Posted April 22, 2014 its very well optioned for an E34. I dont think you would find an E39 540i Touring around for much less if any less, and will it be in the same condition? As close to an M5 touring as you can get pretty much
Rumblefish 3 Report post Posted April 22, 2014 Cheap in comparison to this E34... http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=719944061
Driftit 2068 Report post Posted April 22, 2014 There was an E34T M5 for sale in Japan not long ago for between 20 and 30K landed. I think it would be worth double or more imo. Had the 3.8 too.
nath 132 Report post Posted April 22, 2014 Nice car, unsure about the clear indicators and Tints though. Indeed it has intrinsic value, but actual value may well be different.
antil33t 90 Report post Posted April 24, 2014 E34 Tourings are pretty much something you have to want an E34 Touring to own. I couldn't even sell mine for $2500.

coop 261 Report post Posted February 11, 2015 Thread mine. does anyone know this car, condition etc? Owner seems fussy - not a bad thing. Been on the market for a while, price has nearly halved in that time. Still probably over priced, considering aging E34/E32/E38/E39 need to be nearly given awayupon sale. http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-842151387.htm
