Am I the only one that thinks this listing seems a bit suspect? Surely if you're trying to flog a car for 60 grand you'd at least take a couple photos to show its condition?!

Used as a wedding car. Those pics look like they were taken in the 70's.

Spent a 100k on it but cant afford a digital camera.

????

So what? I know of people with cars worth a lot more than 100k and they don't even own a cell phone.

Looking closer I can see that I was wrong.

The owner obviously does have a camera cause these are photos of photos.

I'm not dissing the car or the price. Just seems odd to me that there are no current/recent pics of the car.

If you were spending $60,000, wouldn't you go and see it in person anyway? I know I wouldn't be relying on photos no matter what they were.

Regardless of the asking price if you are selling a car of that age, people want to see what sort of condition its in, and if you dont put up decent photos most will assume the worst and not bother to follow it up. A photo of an old photo of a car is pretty much a waste of time on a trade me auction. My 2 cents. :)

My favorite trick is when people use the photos of the car when they bought it off the last owner 5 years ago or something.

Lazy buggers, clean the car and take some current photos!

If anyone was seriously looking for a nice e9 they would go see it in person anyway.
