New Member - Wellington E30 325i

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm Adrian.

I've been looking to buy an E30 for the last 2 years.

I finally pulled the trigger when this NZ new 1990 325i SE came up for grabs.

Plans are to convert to manual.

Change rims

Drop it an inch.

Here's some pics:

Had to check my driveway. Looks exactly like mine, but weaves not bottlecaps.

Mines just stock I think, It looks lower than most e30's I thought it might have M sport suspension being an SE. I only use it as my run around so haven't really tinkered with it.

Not sure if it was me, I can't remember the last time I went down cobham, but I was over that way of town last weekend. I'd remember if I saw an e30 like yours though.

Yes, Jeff has taken great care of it.

It's got 108,000 kms on the clock and still smells new.

From what I understand the car was sold in Christchurch new, then Jeff picked it up after the earthquake and had it in Auckland before moving it down to the Hawkes Bay.

Looking forward to meeting everyone at the next Wellington Meet.

Welcome Adrian - great pics @Makara and the car does look super tidy. Look forward to meeting soon. Can't make the museum run due to kids' swimming lessons. :\
