E30 325i Rag-Top 2957 Report post Posted August 11, 2021 You're a very brave person if you modify something as timeless, classic and valuable as a 507, but that is awesome.

I'm fairly sure it's a photo-recreation, but it's a good one. And as you say, it is awesome! Edited August 11, 2021 by gjm
E30 325i Rag-Top 2957 Report post Posted August 12, 2021 Doing a search, you're right it's called a "virtual restomod", wow. That is phenomenal detail for rendered images. CAD systems have come so far with the 3D modelling now, as you can tell I can't work out what is real and what is "virtual". Other images have complete detail in the engine bay (M5 V8).

Ghost Chip 188 Report post Posted August 18, 2021 (edited) I don’t usually like plenty of bold colours mixed in on a car as it looks too busy and cluttered but this just looks so right! Edited August 18, 2021 by E30 325i Rag-Top Quote
