Brent is correct this is Ross's car and lived in the South Island prior to Boris purchasing it around 4 years ago. Look I don't think it is fair to call someone a prat just because they don't show the plates. He has been up front about the vin number so anyone can check its authenticity. It is a fabulous car and one of the best of its kind in NZ. Yes agreed the price is slightly punchy. However this car has been loved its whole life and deserves to be marketed at a premium for what it is. I have seen some of these being marketed as high as 14-15k and were comparatively baggy. It is sad that there aren't too many e34 m5's in NZ as tidy as this example.

Everytime a m3 smg topic comes up, someones gonna be a dick about it. Everyone has their own preferences. Saying any car that isn't manual is "gay" just sounds like highschool kids talk.

Hi everyone, Recently we have been getting a lot of enquiries for interior wrapping. No one seems to like the existing woodgrain, and many have chosen carbon fiber and brushed metal finish. We've tried many tricks and shortcuts, but came to a conclusion that taking parts apart and reassembling is the only way to get a perfect factory like finish. Just wanted to share what we had been up to, and get any sort of opinions/feedbacks. Lose your woodgrain!

yeah can be a bit hit and miss some times.. protip: use Google and type in what you're after and put bimmersport.co.nz at the end.. usually gets what you're after.

Picked one of these up for an absolute steal. With a bit of modifying it should fit. Genuine BMW Performance carbon fiber strut brace. Weighs almost nothing.

If BMW want you to pay $165 plus GST then Bimmer people will want them for less than $5

Awesome cars, strangely undervalued at the moment.

What ridiculous value for money. That has gotta be the best bang for your buck out there.

996.2, but just realized who you are so... I think you know the car. Not me. If it has a pplate starting with EQ I've seen the car around and it's not a GT3, just a Carrera with aerokit/GT3 wheels.

Jesus Christ. Mine is a year younger, with 10,00 less kms, the updated tail lights and a stereo that doesn't look like a Japanese ricer called Wong has attacked it. It's just as tidy, with 200cc extra and I've got it insured for $10,000 and I thought I was being cheeky! f**k me.

'Made in Germany' Yeah... no sh1t... All 5 series are made at the Dingolfing plant. The only thing it's got going for it is the colour. I bet it's not mechanically perfect with that mileage. Lowered on what look to be Chinese wheels, and probably tires....

Claims supported by his happy-pipe. $15.5K, 200,000kms, cute.

The only guy in wellington to use is Roy McGuinness from McGuinness Classics. really nice guy, a little eccentric flavour, drives a Rover, but really knows his classic british german and american stuff. He is actually a RMVD as well, anyone can write a price and do a valuation, but only a RMVD is truely in touch with the market. He valued my convertible about 6 weeks ago, very happy with the result. Let him know i sent you, he used to have his last lockup/workshop etc same complex as my work website here: http://www.mcguinnessclassics.co.nz
