Thanks Will, will get in contact with him. In other news, it left the garage for the first time in a while today. Seems so far to be fine. Still a bit to do before a proper drive but it made it to the letter box and back yay. Bit of a different look too.

She's a living night mare on New Zealand road's mate how many of these issues do you want? Sits in middle of right lane double carriage then turns left missed his turn off Truck and trailer pulls out of drive way turns right cutting off on coming traffic and 3 other vehicles in the lane he wants. When straightened up uses half of medium section to travel 80 odd mtrs to turn right into another drive way. Push bikers riding four abreast The old favorite travel at 88kph until you come to a passing lane and then speed up too 100 odd so no one can pass when lane finishes slow down to 88 again.

+1 on 3m double sided tape. How does one even mess this up? A 10 year old would have done a better job..

That looks so awesome. Random question (for anyone) - where do they sell those BMW nz euro plates now anyway? Plates.co.nz no longer has them in the 'brand' euro format. Has for every other make though...

That is is very very sloppy work. Should have been measured with a straight edge and worked out where the holes should go etc, or they could have even overlaid your old plate over it and drilled through the old holes onto this. I hope you didn't pay them a cent for that. wrecked a new set of plates! yes got some stickers here, and I am feeling charitable, send me a text tomorrow, tell me to put some in a satchel for you, no charge on this occasion. 0273079322 The stickers stick pretty well, but as soon as they peel a tiny bit and dust and/or water gets in its game over for them. And yes, I highly recommend plate frames for mounting them, they have holes to suit almost every application, I only say almost because i had to drill two holes into the frames to fit to my Volvo, seem to recall doing the same on my E30, but a lot tidier. Both my E30 and E34 have genuine plates.co.nz plates in these frames.

contact Andy, last i heard he had spare stickers. Should have got plate frames, look 100x better and mean no holes drilled and have near infinite adjustment.

May have a set of genuine M parallels with polished lips available soon. 18x8 front (et13, I think) and 18x8.5 rear (et20, maybe). No kerbing, high polish finish like these: Suit E36s perfectly:

Saw an i8 turning into Cornwall Park or thereabouts from Manukau Rd on Saturday. Looked amazing but one of it's LED DLRs wasn't working. I guess that's what happens when your car's made of recycled lentils.

Chuck the old filter in the bin. Still less oil in the ground than what drips of a mitsi sump in a week
