I think they will be fine ... The problem with established TV is it has every man and its dog on set all getting paid, If youve ever been on a professional filming or TV series braodcast you would be amzazed. In this country we keep it fairly lean too compared to over seas. Imagine carting 40+ people around the world when really all you need is 6 (including the presenters) ... To get great video. Drive managed to do it with only a few small crews. Todays cheap 4k systems are making anyone able to give it a crack.

I agree with Westy - sounds like a great excuse to upgrade to a box with a 1:1 top. (edit - too slow, sounds like you are going that way, good call) So do you have a 240 behind the turbo? How does it enjoy that?

This was part of the technology swapping deal announced a few years back, which also includes the 'sports car' Supra / Z4 development work as well. BMW supply diesel engine tech to Toyota in exchange for hydrogen-fuel cell tech from them, plus engineers collaborating on a number of projects. You can expect to see the diesels (and versions / parts of) coming through on other Toyota models as well.

Sorry but that makes no sense. The yard can't assess how much it'll cost to have it repaired .. the assessor doesn't know how much it will cost to be repaired. The only person that can do that is a panel beater estimator (who will usually need to get quotes for genuine parts so it won't be straight away) - they then submit this to the assessor who then look at the car and cross check the estimate and say yes that's reasonable or no that's not so we are going to let someone else look at it. It makes zero sense for it sitting at a yard or a shed waiting for the assessor. Something doesn't add up. I have NEVER had an insurance company tell me to leave a car at a yard (or home for that matter) waiting for the assessor to come look at it. It is always asked to be sent to someone that can properly assess the cost of damage and repair.

Thought it was so the bucket of KFC wouldn't fall off its precarious perch in the dash of the Toyota Enima / Nissan Elgrand / Honda Odessy, spilling the over sized Pepsi Max into the lap of the marine mammal wedged between the steering wheel and the tail gate, whose trying to text while choking on a chicken wing.......

The human body. Mine is failing me. My hip is stuffed, my back is stuffed and my noes hair is growing at an exponential rate whilst the hair on my head is starting to thin. And I am only 33. Also. Auckland house prices. I am not sure I can afford to buy my own house of my EX wife as it had doubled in value in the last 5 years... and if I can't I can not afford to buy another house... and rent is crazy! I have always liked Tauranga.

I have done it a couple of times now just by removing the flexi coupling and bolting the two shafts directly together. Just use spring washers and Loctite and you should be fine.
