These came with our e30 M3 4x 16inX 8.5in rims and tyres if wanted Fitted with Dunlop Formula R Front:205x50x16 & Rear:225x50x16 tyres with plenty of rubber. They had one day's use on the Targa and a handful of outings on Manfeild with them. Plenty of rubber on them. Haven't seen any/many about so could be deemed quality rare wheels. Have the patina of time and use but would be a pretty good buy. Now listed on TM First with $1350 will own these. (These could be delivered end of next week, 18-24 Sept: Marton-to-Oamaru on SH1 and any place between.)

I've been running my updated Tom Tom in the UK and it is a complete waste of space. Takes you through every stupid rat run (most with speed humps) and even single track roads - and it's set for main road priority. It got thrown into the back of the car and squaked "in 500 yards..." as a last shot at getting me lost. I converted to Google maps with the in car screen (the rental is a Citroen C3) but it's just as bad. Was told about Waze - what a star performer! M25 it shows congestion , cars on the side of the road, police etc. and has sensible alternative routes. I notice that the setting "avoid difficult junctions" is a default - perhaps this is how it gives sensible routes. Can't wait to try it back in NZ.

What, you not going to try and sell it for 30+k like the other dreamers out there?! Seems like a sharp price for a rare car, in a lovely colour.

Update Thermostat got sorted Haven't managed to find the exact replacement lights yet Have a stone chip in the windscreen now - need to get that repaired. Damned trucks! Getting the steering wheel refurbed this Wednesday by Andrew (fellow Club member) from FibreNew. On another note, had the X5 front bumper resprayed by Laurenson Auto Refinishing in Porirua. Looks much better now Before... After...

@treone haha i was seriously contemplating this, did a bit of online research and some guy in Russia has custom made a trafer case to fit a 420g box to keep it AWD, i thought about as it and wouldnt be too hard to make RWD but feel the X5 are big and heavy with the AWD helps it out a lot. @qube I sure have, i really need to just focus on one project though, this is getting a bit crazy, I dont have enough space. @BM WORLD Yes your correct i would need a bigger spline clutch disc, would look at getting the 240mm m5 ones that come out behind the s62 or aftermarket one from speedfactor. if you got more picture yeah send them my way Also another small update, so spent today during my breaks sorting the window issue and it was just the window had popped off the bolt that holds it in so wasn't getting pushed up. Thats all fixed now and i took it for a good spin and can't find anything wrong with the gearbox, which i was told would go into limp mode on downshifts. So yeah pretty much have a mint running X5 4.4 that ill be getting a wof tomorrow. It has a better head unit in it with reverse camera, so ill just pass this one on to the parents and just need to strip the one car AND look what Austin just sent me a picture of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
