Exhaust is complete and hung up ... great result !! Bit concerned about the mid muffler and how low it may hang down, will see how it goes. Popped the 6 cylinder front sway bar up to the car and it basically fits !!! Statically at least, may need to still go custom just to get it away from some oil system plumbing but am unsure how much it moves about just at the moment. Also changed out all of the rear parking brake components while fitting the new DBA rear discs ... the second hand 330 items were pretty tired. Now with more exhaust, will be zoomin this weekend !!!!!

If used this guy twice and have always been very happy with his work, he does sticker plates and metal plates. https://numberplatestickers.co.nz/

It's cheap, but the market seems quite flat right now.

Would pay to double check your key works in the door if you haven't already. Found that one out the hard way once....

Maybe both?. Id certainly put Meyle HD and Lemforder ahead of TRW for arms. Im running Meyle HD as they have replaceable ball joints.

Cars now all fixed again. Not sure if they repainted or just got a used door and put that on but it is basically as good as new. I can't see any difference in the paint, the only thing is the door is not perfectly aligned but looks pretty easy to adjust the striker plate so it all lines up perfectly. Have also just forked out for new rear summer tyres since my current ones were absolutely cooked. Now all that is left is to replace the control arms again because there is some play in the balljoints which caused it to fail it's warrant. Luckily I bought them from FCP euro so should be able to get them replaced under the lifetime guarantee which takes a bit of the sting out of it.

Car is back in the garage and up on stands again so I can finally get the exhaust done. Got it complete and back on the car but not mounted. Sounds SO much better, only ran it for 30 seconds before rushing out the door. Will get a few more other bits ticked off (big ones are sway bar template fabrication and tracking some leaky oil fittings) while its up on the stands still before I can FINALLY take it on a little outing and get above 3000 rpm !!!! Have not even had the oil up to temp properly yet, takes ages with the dry sump system.

That's what I do when I fail a WoF by a pip on the tyres. Still using the heirloom re-groover passed down from my Viking ancestors. 100% foolproof.
