Post quick polish shot, love me some crystal clear headlights (excuse my white legs in the reflection ) And just a reminder that this is my ownership thread, these are my experiences and my opinions - your mileage may vary as they say.

This car was a 1999 Singaporean import (as noted already) and was 1out of 5 delivered there (we also have an Anthracite example in NZ that was sold earlier this year). So, the specs are slightly different—double-glazed windows, anthracite headlining, glass sunroof, and rear visor. However, it does not have a Satellite/ navigation screen. Has the long- deleted chrome gear shift (they deteriorated rapidly - clearly showing in a photo). I'm not sure why the photos and copy have been presented in such a way. Maybe the owner is not that motivated. Carbon black has to be photographed in better lighting to be presented properly. (Maybe $18k in this condition / mileage in 2012).

Not all E39 M5’s are created equal in this - todays market . When there are only circa 45 examples in nz , the condition and mileage are greatly varied . This one appears to be pretty rough and the seller isn’t doing it any favours by presenting it this way . The photos , car and write up are actually laughable .

According to Carjam, this was at 196kms in Dec 2020... it must be getting cheaper 🤣

Day 470: Had a bit of an unexpected win this weekend! With the help of a couple of mates, we managed to turn the red machine into a rolling mirror. The mirror in question proceeded to win "Best Show & Shine Presentation" at the Euro Club meet over the weekend! The car didn't need much work to be fair, it really did help that the previous owners took such fantastic care of it! Scored myself a wicked polishing machine amongst other super cool goodies! might break it in on the SO's DC5R apologies for orientation. Took them for instagram story thing.
