pm'd thanks Max.

So why list as a $1 auction in the first place if he had no intention of going thru with it? It's wrong.
-
I've done the pre f/l to f/l with no problems as well.
-
Don't go soft on me now guys. If you're going to list no reserve auctions, at least have the balls to go thru with them. Two things I hate about trademe, people who do this, and people who pull auctions after the reserve's been met.
-
No mention of the track day Ian?
-
Driveshaft, pedal box, master and slave cylinders, all the piping and reservoir, mounting bracket, box, clutch and pressure plate.
-
Probably the std 260, box on it's own around $600 maybe, conversion, up to $1200 maybe? Like all things, depends on demand.
-
You have to be careful Ian, the getrag 240 fits the 318 and 320, but are different boxes with the same number, same with the 260, there is a version for the m30 and the m20, but they are different.
-
Not normally, if you just want to buy a box, you won't need those bits.
-
Mmmmm... I paid $1500 for it, because I wanted it. I've got a full f/l 318 conversion for sale, $700, and a box on it's own, for $380, if anyone's interested? I think they're good prices. 320 boxes are worth about the same, more if they've been serviced etc.
-
Good add Jimmy, and good luck with the sale, it seems like a very good price to me.
-
No chance now Ian, down to 1.11's regularly, and going for the 1.10's now.
-
Wrong, anyone can drive LHD cars.
-
Do you check the Radiator, is it losing water?
-
Betcha you've cracked the auto box and lost the fluid. Any sign of fluid underneath the gearbox? You'll need to get it looked at obviously.
-
F/l 318's are mostly disk rear. You need the whole shooting match from the radiator to the driveshaft, plus all the intake side and the exhaust, as well as front suspension.

White Alpina E28 rulz.

I got carbon
-
You'll need to get it checked to see if it switches at both ends.
-
Could be the TPS (throttle position sensor) oiled up and not telling the ECU when you're at WOT (wide open throttle), may cause that problem. Stops the ecu changing the fueling map.

Welcome Scott, great to see such a selection of E30's with no side indicators. Love the 5 as well.
-
Mike, get in touch with Jochen.

It's the colour.

Would say the grow lamps give some indication as to his inspiration?
