Date of reg is always after date of manufacture obviously, so just depends how long it sat around before getting reged.

First thing you need to check is if the E34 is LSD, not all are. Then see if it's med case or large case, if med case you can use it to make an E30 med case diff LSD by swapping the internals, you need a med case E30 diff to do this. Also a good time to get the ratio right, I'd suggest 3.73 or 3.91, I've found the 4.10 spins too easily in 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

We like our tyres almost smooth, like a baby's bum, for best grip, so our cast offs are normally no good. Certainly not wof standard.

Took a set of E28 hubs apart last night, and no way they're a swap onto E30 spindles. Different depth and bore, and brakes are a whole other story as well.
