They're orright.

sucked in, it won't fit.

f**k, i need that white one. I was looking at a 2005 autotrader in the waiting room, and it had an mtech II asking $22k. Thats when i remembered why i got an mtech I.
-
We'll you are asking that question because you g=have discovered the problem. There are hardly any out there. Which makes them hard to price for people buying or selling. There may not be any for sales for 6 months then there are 5 around the next month. $11,000 is heaps for an mtech 1. It would have to have been garaged all its life and have 25km on the clock for me to pay that. Buy a standard 325i coupe, get a kit, LSD, wheels and a respray.
-
Well that is a lot for a mtech 1. You are getting into mtech 2 territory for that money. I sell you my one for a lot less than $11,500! If you bought that other one for $6k and spend $4k on it you would have a better car IMO.
-
which one? there are two. One start bid is $4500, the other is asking $11,500.
-
I totally disagree with you.Its a free market you can offer what ever you want for sale, tough sh*t if you stupid enough to waste your money, you have no right to dictate what people offer for sale.

20mm lower = mtech 6 cyl. springs though.
-
I could recommend Jamex. I used to think Jamex were pretty sh*t, but they give a good ride height with mnimal firming of ride. Jamex are cheap too. Kings are good though, but i think super low will make it too low and maybe break 100mm clearance? Low are 40mm lower and super 60mm i think. I think Jamex are 50mm.

What is this for? Road use? off road? circus?
-
It seems from past prices i have heard, you get the whole car for the price of a few of the parts in it, ie sports seats, mtech kits, basketweaves etc. A good scam

Biggest scam ever buying the wreck back.

Drove over 2000km over the holidays on the tyres pic'd previously. Very happy with performance. Far 'lower' squeel than previous set, which had a high pitched squeel. Good in wet. Weak point: although it is predicable when they let go, its not quite as progressive as I would like, slightly on/off.

Fantastic!Problem is the energy transfer. Brain not likey hitting inside of skull. :banghead:

Cheers for that. Its a jap import e46 and apparently they have a different USA (GM?) gearbox?? Oh yeah and it costs like $8k!?!?! They change in 03 i read? not much info i can find on that? Its being repaired and hopefully sweet and no need for a replacment. :drunk:

Dam, good sh*t you are OK. Did you brake? or was it straight in at 80km?
-
pretty rare, though i have heard they are weaker than the standard 5 speed. Cool novelty though.

Not many DOHC turbos that mint left. Get rid of the kit and get some new wheels and that will be mean. Is it 4wd or fwd?
-
