I have no idea what you could say, depends on the cop really and thier attitude. ... do WOF stations to noise tests on exhausts inclusive in the normal warrant test now? If they do .. just get a printout of the noise level, but even with that theoretically someone could still have said part changed over, lol.

Haha, sorry. My standard 36 exhaust was silent, like you heard nothing, get in my mates same car, same model/year, standard exhaust again - and his had quite a unique tone to it, which I have noticed on a few other Beemir's, god knows what causes it.

The notebook method is proven. My old E36 chassis rails up front sat a bit lower than the side skirts IIRC. You can see by your sig your car is way too low, definitely under 100mm. Not trying to be a sad c**t, but I've had a sh*t load of fines, all my own fault and I deal with it, as far as I am concerned, "do the crime do the time" applies here - cops need to take advantage of the law, it is their job after all.
