Its likely that a wire has fallen off the sender... Remove the sender unit and crimp the wire back on should fix it.

The fuel cap of my NZ New 330, states 91-98 RON. However, I've tried half a tank of 91, pinged a bit, so i filled up the rest with 95 the next day - much better.

I stupidly broke those fragile 3 legged pins / buttons inside my instruments cluster while cleaning. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement without buying a whole new instruments cluster?

You can adjust the door latch. Open your door and pull out the big rubber boot below the glass. There should be an allen head screw there which you could adjust if I remember correctly. Its been i while since i last played with mine so i can't remember exactly - but let me know if you need pics or something. Cheers

Hi, I'm in the process of changing my shifter to a short shifter on my E46 coupe. I've disconnected the shifter from the lower shift selector rod, but I'm having trouble removing cup and ball bushing from my shifter. I've read different articles telling me to rotate it clock wise or anti clockwise, i've tried both, but its still stuck Does anyone know which is the correct direction to spin it from inside the cabin? Have you tried taking it to a tyre shop? My local one is quite happy to take them...i think they use it for re-treads.

What would you paint it with? I've seen it done with this stuff called Plasti-dip, but I don't like the tacky surface it leaves behind.

Hi, Just had some panel work done on my E46 door, and the wing mirror was taken off in the process. Now I've got the car back and the mirror won't swivel left / right, however it works fine tilting up and down. Would anyone know what could be wrong? (Yes I will bring it back to the panel beaters if I can't sort it out easily myself) Thanks Andrew

Are you sure your car is a 330? By the looks of the exhaust pipes, its a 320.

Hi guys, Recently, my e36 323i has developed a vibration from the rear wheel when performing a low speed turn. It is intermittent, I seem to notice it most when driving slowly for example going through a round about, and it seems to happen when I am turning left (I think). The vibration feels a bit like something is grinding. Anyone has similar experience and ideas about what the problem could be? thanks!
