I only ever ran V-Power in her Nath. Purely for that reason.

Gull Force 10 is fine in a modern engine like the N54. Infact you will find that you may get an increase in power. A friend of mine who works for ST HiTech re-tuned his Nissan Silvia from 215rwkw to 224rwkw just from changing from BP 98 to Force 10. Soichi (the owner) did his own tests and found that Force 10 produced the most power when the car is tuned for it. BP 98 can be utter sh*t sometimes. In my old Nissan 180SX with 211rwkw I could instantly tell when I got a sh*t batch of BP 98. My knock level would increase. At times it would get so bad there would be detonation. Dump the fuel and get some more from somewhere else and the problem was gone. BP's 98 is only up to 98. It is not a guaranteed rating. Just what it can reach. And it is quite often no where near that. Mobil is the other way around. It guarantees at least 97.5 on its Synergy 8000. Only bugger about having a car tuned for Force 10 is that if you can't get any (say when your on Holiday) then you will have problems with high knock levels. But this is only the case if your car has been tuned on Force 10. Road cars don't have to worry.

Wish I was able to get down there in my series car. But I don't have a passenger seat or tow car at the moment. Need to find more speed around that track.

Nice one! But shoot whoever put the wheel weights on the lip!!!
-
Bit to wide for my liking. But I like the wheels. Could maybe break up the mass of red with the BMW roundel on the bonnet which is missing.
-
Happy Bday old boy. Hope you have a good one!

Being an LI it will be from Singapore or Hong Kong. Don't see many of them outside of those countries. Nice looking car.

FUNCTION OVER FORM. Form over function is for Girls!. Most popular E28? Hell no. Most talked about though.
-
Visibility.
-
Goes to show what BBS does to your car though ah. lol. Should be how they advertise.
-
Dead on. Oh and there is two 1JZ powered E28's that I know of in Auckland. So see them every now and then.
-
Nah no haters. Just people who jump on the bandwagon of OMG look at its stance! Pfft. Your falling for great photos of a rubbish car.
-
TBH. I think it looks like a run down old heap of sh*t now. Intercooler looks crap. Wannabe Bozo oil cooler lines look stupid coming out of the highbeam hole. No front bumper is rude. Bags no thanks. And as much as I like 1J's. Would rather see it with a M30B35 n/a or turbo.

Well they don't come up for sale often. Especially in this condition. And it seems that one of these is far more rare than a 325M Coupe in NZ. So maybe your right on. I wonder if one of these will ever become as collectible as a coupe 325M. Could already be. Good luck.

I know it is a beautiful car. But isn't it around double what a 325 Touring goes for? Or is this a genuine Motorsport or something?

Cheers guys. Spent the day at Puke racing at the Taccoc event with some of the other E30's. Awesome way to spend a birthday. Beat my PB around there too.

I noticed Ray at HellBM had some of those rims pottering around his workshop. Give him a yell and beg.

I spotted a C64 sign on one of the subway entrances. Awesome.

Nice. I have one of those Jaycar systems in my garage. Used it on my 180sx before I got an aftermarket ECU. Worked well. Used a wideband O2 sensor and A/F gauge. No use for it these days though.
-
Is it something to do with the balance of the car. Maybe the seating possition. Everything in the car seems to be very well placed. Even the battery is set very low in the center of the boot.
-
I got one from Ray today. Not sure if he has anymore though. Failed a Wof for not having one.
-
Yip! I only got to go for a short drive. But the ZM feels much lighter than the E36 M3 Evo I drove. Not sure if it is though. The suspension is great. And it sounds awesome! Looking over that huge bonnet is great too. A++ Would drive again! Haha cheers Ray.

Use to buy my wife beaters at the local off license in my Cricklewood Massiff. I think Stella is called Lion Red in NZ.

They are good first date cars too. XK8 vert, some nibbles, bottle of leg opener and shes all yours.

Yeah but was it an option on the M5. I didn't think it was. My 540 has the comfort seats. And my god are they horrible if you are going fast around a corner. You have a high chance of ending up on the passengers lap. Shame the seats you have are not tan Ray.
