In all honesty, you are better off not seeing that.

You'll need to take the door card off to get to the connector... plastic pry tool to unpop the clips, thump with back of fist to install. Door handles etc pop off pretty simply from cables. Easy peasy.

This screams the missus says sell.

Winner doing laps cranking sh*t rap through sh*t subs whilst having his drivers seat so far back his head was visible through back windows in a shitbox E90. It was like watching teenagers in the 90s driving mums prelude down queen st at 11pm, who do these people think they are impressing?

Went for a blat around some old forestry roads behind Tauranga, tyres are epic in the twisties Went through a a bit of rain too, nothing sketchy noticed at sane driving speeds on road. The grip limits are so high its hard to find them without driving like a psychopath on public roads. If you dont care about road noise too much, nor fuel economy, and probably life... the RT615K+s get two thumbs up for me.

Removing the 130s trombone is up there with docking its lovely long aerial

I have gasket and I think I have all the bolts for an auto sump (ordered in error few years ago, have complete new manual bolt kit), just looked it up and they are the same gasket across N52 an N54, even the bolt kit is the same. If you can replace em, all yours.

N52B30 no good for dyno sheet penis size bragging, but point one at old taupo road and you'll be smiling at the end. As above, Ive had some stupid fast cars, they're pointless on NZ roads. Sub 6s 0-100 and good noises accompanying it are more than ample. Lots of info out there are about winding up the E82 125s, from memory they're actually less nerfed than the US 128s and its all in the DME flash. Check out babybimmer, there are a few on the 130 owners faceballs site too.

Have massively noticed a difference in the fuel bill dailying the 1.5l toyota CVT around town (happily on 91) and using the BMW on the weekends/longer journeys. Added bonus is it makes the 130/330 feel like a rocketship.

Thats a nice one, will be interesting to see what it goes for

I rate sunroofs, If I was going for another 130 sunroof would be one of the things Id look for The PDC sensors do look weird, they're outties rather than the usual innies, I wondered if it was a late model e87 thing rather than aftermarket? FWIW, my brakes that I bought off a wreck 135i for 1k, and rebuilt, ended up costing circa 3k on the car (thats all new parts other than the actual brakes to be fair, but I did do a lot of hunting around for best prices)...
-
Very nice spec, nice brakes, low ks. https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/130i/listing/3405497952?bof=yRyhHk03

You do you, personally I think its an abomination that needs killing with fire Im not always right though.

I M130 I & I 130M I - Available.
-
Wow, that'd be a good buy, even it does need some love.
-
While pretty shitty on behalf of the guy selling it, if you got it for $1300... Id say thats still a reasonable price, its a lot of (dented) car for the money. You could probably part it out and double your money.
-
Fixed price offer of 6.6.... Why did I have to get my EOFY tax bill last week....
-
Ill allow that as an exception, Friends dont let friends buy 4 pot bmws that cost less than 6 figures for an average example and have an S series engine. Its not as catchy though.

Friends dont let friends buy 4 pot BMWs.
-
I get this often, normal price x 10 is the answer.
-
Yeah thought the same, asked the question still has it... The "advanti" wheels also erked me. Gruppe M intake was another one, this had an aftermarket strut brace, the BMWP front bar and exhaust (and the Advans) Itd be worth buying for bits, I suspect gremlins in it though... sat on Turners for ages at low price. I might go check it out this weekend, try swipe the bmwp exhaust for $50
-
Yeah thats the one that had the BMW performance exhaust

Factory option 302 - Alarm (sits in the rear left wheel well, pig to change battery on), fairly rare. As to an immobilizer though, you could argue the factory DME and smart key is an immobilizer.
-
4 big old charge receptacles in the back. I see no problem here.

I followed one of these the other day and it had water in the tail lights sloshing back and forth......
