if there is not enough ac gas in the system it wont turn on the fan or ac pump. check the a/c gas check fuses as well. put your hand down and see if you can turn the front of the pump , they do pack up and lock up etc

no thats the blue vinyl spec interior. see the holes in the backs of the seats , thats so it can breath otherwise it would be pretty sticky. also notice the black trims around the edge of the door cards etc with the blue inserts.

teh fuel pump relay wont turn on unless it gets a signal from the ecu , which needs a cranking signal from the crank sensors , check these are working first . are you getting spark?? if you supply 12volts to the relay will the pump run, will the engine start??

yup . just look at the 1 series dashboard -
you could always put the V12 back into a e32 and run that as they started build those in long wheel base models in november 1986 http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E32/Seda...50iL-M70/NHD/U/

best way to check is to hook up a amp meter between the battery and the positive termial . and see how many amps it is drawing with door closed etc . then slowly pull one fuse out at a time out and see when it drops down and then you will be able to know what cicuit is drawing more i think sitting there should be less than 100mA?? but also if your battery is 4 years or more old , then it probably getting tied and if the car is not used often enough etc.
