anyone want this . good runnabout , drives way better than most e30's and much cheaper than a e46 with pretty much the same running gear. 2.8L m52 ali block ,5spd auto , fully working heater and a/c , towbar , plenty of torque , better ecnomy than a e30 325i 320i etc cheaper to run and get parts than a e46 323i 325i 328i etc no rust , good paint , easy and cheap to upgrade stuff like leather , wheels , suspension , 5spd manual kit etc etc $2700 start reserve 021433600

they all seam to get a bluid up of sludge in the oil cap and the underside of the rocker cover. i would remove the rocker cover first and clean it out. then buy some engine flush stuff like wynns etc add to the engine run for 30mins then drain oil and replace oil and oil filter.

some e34 520i and 525i came with 15" steel wheels , also if you find any from a e28 or e23 e24 etc , but most have alloys. also from e38 models will work why not just get some cheap 15" or 16" alloys there are plenty about. and quite a few cars coming out of japan have snow tyres on them so plenty of used snow tyres about

looks nice , would he like a 5spd manual though??? i might have a factory nz new 535is coming up soon , white with mtec kit , black leather recaros etc 160k on the clock 5speed manual 17" alloys will probably be less than this one

nice car. and rare in nz. have a similer car but not an orginal one its a 1993 530i v8 with a 4.4L and 5spd manual fitted to it. http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....showtopic=29108 try resizing your pics to 800 by 600 or upload them to another website that hosts pictures like photo bucket .com etc then link them in your wording here.

yea that e34 525ix Touring that you sold to my mate could have done with a super charger to help it get along better -

i think around 5.5 pounds havn't measured it yet seams to work ok , gradual build up of power , not much at low rpm but then rockets off (big sucky sound) -

managed to put the afm the wrong way around they dont run to well like that semi sorted , get the belts to line up etc i just used the M50 throttle body with the M50 manifold not sure why people bother trying to fit the m52 to the m50 manifold with adaptors etc engine bay after water blasting it leaking O-ring at the bottom of the dipstick soem more leaking O-rings that are mounted to the side of teh oil filter housing unit with metal cap and C-clip holding them in showing the difference in port sizes between the 2 manifolds finished install
