just spent the last few days working on my 96 328i coupe . had this super charger kicking around for a while that i removed from a 96 e39 528i had a couple of oil leaks etc that needed to be sorted , rocker cover , oil filter housing and some small O-rings on the oil filter housing and dipstick tube . so i thought while i was pulling everthing apart i might as well install a m50 manifold and this super charger setup. pics attached , will do a better write up when i have some time. manifold off and oil filter housing off. shows the m50 icv set up shows the m50 manifold air temp and vac hose location shows the m52 manifold and where the temp ,pcv and icv units fit in showing the 2 types of air temp sensors , i just threaded teh m52 sensor in the m50 manifold with a little sealant some headers that i got off wayney a while back shows the fan spacer on the front of the water pump and i had to use a smaller 318i type fan and viscous but i might change that for a e28 m30 type fan blade to offset the fan further back fairly tight trying to get all the hoses to go places , had to move the horns , modify the headlight adjustor etc bumper fitted back on with no problems , but i might try and get some strong flexi pipe and a smaller barrol type filter ,just to make it easier and less joins etc a high proformance air filter just incase you dont know what it is

leather is good , dash may have some small cracks , interior is ok . 210-220k on the clock , engine just had a rebuilt up head fitted to a 2.7l block , so all new gasgets ,cambelt, radiator etc etc genuine hartge H23 head and hartge S/S headers , hartge rocker cover , 16" by 7" hartge alloys ,. genuine hartge bodykit std 5spd box , clutch and flywheel, no lsd, body not to bad probably the odd small dent/scratch etc, just had a few panels and all the body kit painted etc. diamond schwartz metalic , will have new wof and reg, he is in manuera south auckland will get some pictures later next week etc , as car is at the painters . he is away at the moment . will post up in the for sale section here when its ready then onto trade me afterwards

my mate has a 1989/90 325i 5spd with a 2.7L with hartge head and rocker cover , hartge headers , hartge 16" wheels, full hartge body kit. black leather recaro ,sunroof , obc , mtec steering wheel, black 4 door sedan. i think he wants about $7k?? ono

yup you will need a replacement sword to fix the fan speed problem , and some times you can pull the heater tap top off and clean them up , normally they fault due to rubber seals stuffing out due to perrishing and corrosion, the electrical soliniods normally dont fail.

pull the alan bolt right out , open up the gap with a screwdriver and it should be able to wiggle it off with the wiper arm sticking straight up .yes thats me. if you can pull up and down on the shaft then its worn , remember ithe car is 20 odd years old now you could also pull up on the bonnet a bit and check the back latching mech height and lift them up a bit
