That thing aint worth a knob of goat $hit. It's scrap metal value only GTFO kgo -
How do you know what the price is? It says it nowhere that I can read anyway. You can't call something expensive if you don't know what the price is? Even if it were 15grand it's the money IMO. What other NZ New high optioned 540i is there around with 98,000km (assuming they are genuine) In it's day that thing would have been just awesome, it's probably still full of awesome.

Advertising laws are a bit more relaxed over there. Here you can't defame or name a competition's brand. I.E you wouldn't see the same ad's from Holden & Ford, BMW & Mercedes.

Ok so I have the old girl in the driveway now. How hard/easy is it to fit a TV module to make this happen? It has the NAV system with 16:9 screen but no TV function. Is this a happening thing with TV ? Is there a DVD that is more current than mine? maps seem dated & the screen seems a little ancient e.t.c.... Cheers.

It's 3 times the car because it's 3 times the price LOL.

They do, my 4.4V8 import had the works and most of the 3.0d I've seen have Business Audio. Mine has the SAT-NAV & TV screen which is quite rare I'm told. I guess the 3.0d it suits the owners because they want economy, it may also be attractive to most buyers as there's little to go wrong with them.

Nicely done, I'd rather the Manual myself but still very good all the same. Where absolutely possible I'd rather a NZ New vehicle anyday.

DAYIM! NZ New or Import? Gearbox?

Hmmm, certain situations the diesel is better, I'd say off the mark to 100 my old one was faster but for everything else this would probably be better. Hard to tell really, the best thing is that it will do over 1000km to a tank open road. This one is 3 times more expensive than my old one, then again it was an import with 170,000km and petrol. These kiwi new diesels tend to hold their price.

So it's a MX5 LOL ? I thought they called the M version just a Sportpac? She's done 84,000

2005 BMW X5 SAV 3.0d facelift with the 6 speed auto & 160kw 500nm engine.

AHAHAHAAHA - I totally missed that. I think they were option code 69 weren't they? All the same, I say no to blowing in a Yoghurt bag it's just not quite the same.

Nah there's only 19 streets. 25% of my work is offsite so I do need to look for peoples addresses but usually use my iPhone GPS. I wonder if this will be any faster? If you do a directions search is it pretty instant?

441 SMOKERS PACKAGE !!! Your an absolute legend Glen, thanks heaps. I knew it had the SAT-NAV - quite useless here in Dunedin I'd imagine however.

I.E what options were selected at time of order? Also what 3.0D A SAV means? Number plate is : CTA402 Cheers.

Hey Bravo, I noticed this this morning: Visit My Website Seems quite highly optioned anyway, atleast 7k worth that I can see.

I think the Navara's are the best but bang for buck the Mazda BT-50 is the best. They have more grunt than the Hiluxes too, I bought a brand new one in about March last year and loved it but had to sell with the arrival of our first born as they are a bit limited in space in the back. Get a facelift one as they have several summarised features over the near identical looking previous version. Auto is good, but I preferred the manual. I paid 45k for mine optioned and sold it for that a few months later, they do hold their value. Uncle has the identical Ranger from new and he's had a brilliant run out of it and he's hard on his gear. You should be able to find one now with moderate k's for about 35grand. I sold mine with 7000km and got what I paid for it. I towed a 2500kg boat and apart from the hills you honestly didn't know it was there. I know for a fact too that they pull harder than a new D4D Prado VX (dragged my old man off haha) They also have a bigger tow rating than the Hilux which is 3000kg (HD Fitted) Here's my old one: http://www.bimmersport.co.nz/forums/index....c=22718&hl=

Err, has the E60 been replaced? What rock have I been living under?
-
I'm not really wanting anything from them. If the GTS doesn't sell this week then I will be getting Cookies to do it. I'm currently looking at buying a E53 3.0d & if this falls thru then I will be getting it done properly!

Yep some 3 Series are made in South Africa too. I think it's just a market thing where most models sell where to cut down transportation costs.

Jeeze are the Falcon's still leaf sprung? Holdens are leaf or independant? I had a trailer once that was leaf sprung.
-
I'd love to have a look but it's about 1000km away from me & I'd probably write out a cheque for it if it was what the pictures are telling me.

The ZF 6 Speed auto would be the go not sure if you'll get one for that money though. The more gears the better with or without towing. Anyone is throwing their reliability out the door by just tuning something to huge RWKW without serious mods & towing that much will be hard on it without it. I think the HD pack for XR is 2300kg standard 1600 (going off ford.com.au) My BA XR6 had 40km on it and it needed skimmed brakes very soon after purchase. Not an issue with the HSV stuff though, but then again, my rotors are the size of planets.
