You don't see this everyday coming up for sale

I'm a businessman & I'm wondering if you can negotiate on where the 20k budget surplus would be spent. How about 10k on Fuel & then 10k on alcoholic beverages? -
Could be mate, but the 6 cylinder unit obviously has more torque to haul around that extra weight at lower RPM, I'd say that car would be quite the wet blanket especially around town.

That car isn't over priced, I mean put it this way... How many Audi Quattro's are for sale at the moment? Bugger all, they're rare & they are very collectable! It's what they hover around & I've seen them as much as 60k. They are as rare as an E30 M3 - it's foolish to compare one of those to any RS or S Audi. The awesome handling of anything model with the Quattro label after it owes this to that car. If it wasn't for Quattro, rallying would be dismal, Subaru & Mitsubishi owe alot to these cars. Jump on YouTube & checkout their noise that they make, they are a very aggressive sounding engine & the 5 cylinder give pretty good punch for it's time.

Yep & technology in those days with Diesel wasn't the best, I'd say it would be rather poor in comparison to today's 3 series diesels.

Wouldn't pull a greasy sausage off a plate, not my cup of tea LOL!

Thats the bargain of the century. Damn I wished I'd seen that auction FFS.
-
This would have to be the cheapest Eeeee Firty convertible tRadEme

They are gone Simon, I've emailed them to you because I knew you'd be into em.

Previous owners may have used it full time, however he has a work ute which he uses for everything from towing & the dog. He only uses this in the weekends himself and has done for the past year of ownership!

I'd imagine most finance companies would struggle to pay out 25k on a car thats this old & been heavily modified, even though it's probably worth that money. They're restricted to their computer scoring systems & red book valuation systems that they'd most likely decline the finance. Proof may be in the fact that the guy is struggling to obtain the coin from most finance companies.

E60 BMW M5 Uncle wants this car gone & is very seriously considering a 65k offer. If anyone here can come up with more than that for this car it's theirs. This would have to be the craziest price ever available on an E60 M5 in this spec - you snooze you loose on this one too - it's still under warranty which may be transferable! Cheers!

Ha, it's really a Mercedes trying to get out!

I'd rather have this - that car is hideous & LHD? Who would pay 200 slides for it? -
Always liked these but damn they've held their value well! oooo

I drove one of these a few years back and they absolutely haul ass. A bit later on they had a 6 speed auto, but from memory these are about 150kw & 400nm!!! & in a car the size of a hat that's an awesome combination especially with the awesome fuel economy! Later on they also had the same output as the X5 which is a massive 170kw & 500nm & not far off the 0-100 of the E36 M3! Be an awesome car to own.
-
Nah, they're built bloody well these - evidence here Sounds like my chainsaw!

Communism never really did create nice cars. There's an awesome vid on YouTube with TopGear trialing them, funny as!

What he said. These go good & handle well enough factory & I'd imagine the owner would be power hungry not to appreciate the actual grunt that these have... I'd rather have a factory one myself, just my 2cents.

Was in Christchurch picking up the HSV yesterday and had a bit of spare time so poked my nose in at Turners & seen this little beaut... It has to be the ugliest looking car I've ever come across... DAS LINK

+55.23 LOL Yeah, it can't be compared to a 200,000km M325i IMO - that car sir's/madam's is not a car you come across every day. It's an ideal showroom car or collectors car, even the kind of thing you should see in a higher end BMW dealership somewhere, it would look epic in the showroom beside say a new 3 series or the likes, providing the paint and everything is as good as the photo's depict.

Most corporate class laptops & ofcourse older laptops have the RS232 socket as standard. I've had major issues with Point-of-Sale systems that require RS232 on newer cheaper motherboards & I can report that it's a waste of time!

WOOT! Picking it up on Friday. I drove the Mazda 6 (our other work car) today and by god it's good having a car that starts without having to jump start it!
