I'm about to list a 2005 BMW M5 on trademe sometime this week but thought I'd try my luck here a bit first (alteast until I get round to getting photo's of it!) Specs are: 2005 BMW M5 Black in colour - ofcourse! 89,000km NZ New - Full service history i-Drive Factory everything galore Black leather interior Sunroof Absolute mint condition! Will be posting photo's this week. Can confirm that is the quickest unit I've ever driven. It has the SMG Gearbox also, voice recognition, remote locking alarm immobilizer! The screaming V10 post 5000RPM is music to anyones ears. It's for sale largely because it's remained unused. Drop me a PM or just reply here!

Providing the Cossie is in good nick, I'd take that - Only because it's slightly different & is probably going to be worth a bit more just because its fairly rare, I've only ever seen them online! EDIT: Bugger, its sold!

Yep for sure! If things go well this year I want to get another Porsche Boxster closer to summer, I know they are a hair-dressers car but they do go well & the sound fantastic & the handling is pretty much the best I've had. But for now I'm still looking out for a decent 6 cylinder E30!

Yeah I've heard the same from alot of people. A 2nd hand Hilux SR5 with low mileage is 40k + so spending 39k onroad for the Mazda was a no brainer. IMO they are more modern looking nicer to drive and they have a hell of alot more grunt - it's really noticeable. My loan car while the Mazda was getting the sports lid fitted was a 2007 SR5 4WD Hilux LOL - the difference was MASSIVE! - not only that, the road noise of the Hilux was terrible! I agree, the Hilux has a way better resale value, but IMO your spending way less at the purchase and the average price of a 07-08 BT-50 second hand is 35k if you look around. The one we test drove was an 06 done 59km manual & they wanted 32k and that was cheap. I tried the Nissan aswell and we absolutley loved the looks on the outside of them, & IMO they are the best looking utes available, but the interior makes me want to bring up last nights dinner, I mean look at them!!!! Looks like a 89 Skyline inside LOL Compared to the Mazda/Ford

Yeah Cam, a dealer from down Invercargill rang up and asked for my bank account number LOL Went 2 Thursday's ago. I had real trouble letting the CLK-55 AMG go, but the S4 was alot easier to hand over the keys. This ute will do me for a year as our business purchased it. I'm still keen to get another E30 at some stage, been on the lookout now for ages.

I'm pretty sure they aint available in NZ, anyway would be far more expensive than mine & probably twice the fuel costs.

It's a brand spankin Mazda BT-50 SDX in the traditional black ofcourse. I optioned it with the sportslid & deck liner, nudge bar, 3 ton tow bar & bonnet protector. It had 22.3km on the clock when I got it last saturday and its already done 1600km, drove it to Christchurch from Dunedin and got all the way back to Oamaru and filled it there costing only $52 bucks + RUC ofcourse but still thats pretty good. It will get better too once it runs in. This thing outpulls our other work car (05 Mazda 6) with 115kw & 380nm, the torque is awesome and available at only 1800rpm. Have a few pics of her!

This car has been on for AGES. It near made my eyes bleed when I seen it last time and this time was no exception. What a car! -
Good money for it in the end. But could I just quickly turn everyones attention to the last two questions (that were unanswered) right at the bottom : "swap for 94 econovan, on 18 inch wheels. gearbox slipping, has a stereo but is broken. bit of rust and dings but overall good project" homelinkrealty (97 ) 8:46 pm, Tue 21 Apr "oh yeah, is 2.2 PETROL!!. manual gearbox also, she boogies when she has to" homelinkrealty (97 ) 8:46 pm, Tue 21 Apr Dear o dear...

Is this the 455kw version Triumph Herald... unno the V8 twin turbo with full time 4WD? Aren't they capable of the 0-100 sprint in under 4 seconds? Good tidy unit for one of those

May be an idea if an admin makes a global PM just stating the risks involved with clicking on those links. 9 times out of 10 they are dodgey sites & can upload dodgey sh*t to your machine. Then again, I shouldn't be saying this, because I remove virus's/malware/spyware from computers for a living No one in Dunedin take notice of this post

Haha. Yeah but with a bit of TLC it could be a good unit. Would pay to check it out for other issues ofcourse before bidding. It does piss you off when you see nice cars neglected like that, it makes you really wonder...

+2 That thing with about 5-7k dropped on it would sit tough - I came across it myself on TM and had a quick look here to see if someone posted it up - wonder what kind of KW it's roughly putting... Everything the guy has listed has been owned by touch parkers by the looks...

I would go raptor or the likes, but I bought the bike I have now for fishing & hunting. Be useless for a Waltex Box & rod/gun rack on the front LOL. I need power & luxury
-
The Vinson drifts like nothing else, has a solid rear axle & not independant so its more stable, just not so good riding, helps with new tyres though. In RWD at 60-70kph I can drift it all the way around corner (gravel ofcourse) and not have my balls up around my ears, the single banger 500 has more than enough grunt for it. The 700 is the ultimate for me, it should satisfy my needs for power, I just can't get enough of the stuff! EDIT: Will post pics of the 700 when I get it back from Timaru!

Be interested to see some pics of the Allroad
-
Did anyone manage to checkout all the Merc's he had? Checkout the mileages on them, one has nearly 500,000km (300,000miles)
-
That first one is ROFL - Gangsta Tredmiller failed.

I've got a 2003 Suzuki Vinson LTA-500 which I've had for a while now but am interested in getting a KingQuad LTA-700 Fuel Injected, they rekon they are super quick. There's one in Timaru which I'm going up to look at next Saturday. Bike is only used for fishing up at the Waitaki river & I've had water up to the bottom of the seat river depth wise. Heres a pic of my current Vinson below.

sh*t, wasn't DHE329 was it?
-
Thats a very tidy unit for the mileage, WD! I'm still on the look out for one of these, I've always wanted another one, engine size doesnt worry me as I have the S4 if I want to go fast

Haha, some say its not the size of the wand, its how you wave it eh? That joker in the Viper could walk it off...
